Moose burgers came before cheese.
My sister told me so; she was bitten by a moose once.

What’s the old FR meme (so old, it was before the word ‘meme’ was invented) about cheese? “A moose once bit my cheese”?

Holy Camera! First Cheesesayers Date Back 7,500 Years-
The first direct signs of cheesesaying now seen in Pola-Roid cameras made from cheese using cheese holes and milk bubbles as lenses from Poland may help reveal how animal milk lenses and cheese holes dramatically shaped the portrait of Europe, scientists reported today (Dec. 12).

I no longer make cheese but did for over 20 years, all from fresh goats milk. I made many different kinds from soft to hard cheese. Making cheese is a labor of love and I do miss it. Cheesemakers were the first preppers.
