The puppy looks a lot like Libby, she is nearly potty trained after only about 10 days. Looks like I'll meet my 6 week dead line on doing so. This little 1.5 lb cutie is terrorizing my 2 oldster mini Alpha Males, they run when they see her coming! But they like her puppy food better than their 'senior' food.
Feel free to snatch and reuse this cutie photo.
Right out of Norman Rockwell LOL
I cancelled the vet appointment, and brushed Lynn-DAH for nearly a half hour to remove ALL the stray hair and fluff.
We do NOT want a repetition of this nastiness! :-)
What a precious picture!
Prayers that the birth of Maddox goes well and that everyone is ok. Congrats...when it happens! :)
In 2010, my brothers and I celebrated our dads 90th birthday. We hosted an open house with great food and fellowship. In the living room, family and friends took up banjo, guitar, mandolin, fiddle, upright bass, and Irish drum to play and sing all afternoon. A big cake was prepared with this written on it in frosting: Praise the Lord! Blessed is the man who fears the LordPsalm 112:1. Happy 90th birthday, Hal.
When I later examined Psalm 112, I was impressed with how it seemed to describe my dadwho had walked with God for more than 50 years and is now at home with Him. Dad had his own share of heartaches and faults, but his steadfast faith resulted in much blessing. This psalm tells us that blessings will fall on the man who has a reverential fear of God and who delights in His commands. In response to this growing integrity and faith, God will extend blessing not only to the believer but also to his children (v.2).
This psalm challenges us to reflect an inner reverence for God and to make continual decisions to delight in following His commands. If we do that, then as we look back on our yearsno matter how many or how fewwe will know that God has helped us live a life of honor.
Read: Psalm 112
My long haired older cat decided she did not want me to groom her..She developed some bad mats and my carpet was always “furry”..Since my daughter cut the mats out..I have groomed Silky at least once a day..and she lets me. The carpet is no longer so furry either.
It’s a wonder she did not get bad hairballs.
I still have healing wounds from the mat cutting..I was the holder..and she got me with her back feet just once....
I know Linda is such a lady..and must keep herself groomed..with help from her friend.
;o)
Prayers for mom and baby Maddox..Hope all goes well.
They have CAT products to prevent furballs, but nothing, it seems, for dogs. (sigh)
It was a hairball approximately the size of New Joisey.
She never did cough it up though.
It came out the other end.
Seems that she has been “Grooming Herself” like she was a CAT.
(sigh)
Great Pic! :-)
Hi Teenie!
Happy Thankful Thursday to You!
Perhaps the doggie needs a 'lamp shade'! ;)
There is a product, but it is for cats.
I will have to brush her religiously every day.
I will be praying for “mom” and baby Maddox! Congratulations to the soon to be great grandparents! Let us know ASAP!! ((((HUGS))))
Picture expected as soon as it's possible! ;)
We just got the call, Maddox has made his appearance and is being cleaned up, still no weight, length etc. They ended up doing and ER C-Section as the inducement stressed him out to much. They were not prepared for that. She wanted her tubes tied and the idiots didn’t take the few minutes to do it while she was out.
And don’t tell me it can’t be done. I had it done after my last C-Section.
Photos as soon as I get them...ps he was not a happy camper, and they wrapped him up in his ‘Gator’ fleece blanket and he calmed down, and all the nurses were in love with the blanket!
Congratulations to all!
