Strange Brew is good if you like Canada specific humor.

Airplane! has a short scene with Jonathan Banks. That puts it ahead of a lot of other movies.

Greatest comedy ever, but that “Don’t call me Shirley” line ain’t even in the top 50 of that movie.

Airplane was good but they obviously didn’t see Blazing Saddles. Best.Movie.Ever.

Ted Striker: My orders came through. My squadron ships out tomorrow. We're bombing the storage depots at Daiquiri at 1800 hours. We're coming in from the north, below their radar. Elaine Dickinson: When will you be back?
Ted Striker: I can't tell you that. It's classified.
I love that movie. It's a classic.

Blazing Saddles, Dr. Strangelove, Animal House, Caddy Shack, Taladega Nights, and some others make my list before Airplane.

Airplane is finally getting the recognition it deserves. I love thatt movie. I liked Dumb and Dumber, too (oh, maybe I shouldn’t have mentioned that). My husband claims he has a much higher developed sense of comedy, that’s why he hates all the movies that crack me up (There’s something about Mary, A Fish Called Wanda, any Monty Pythons).
