I,like some but unlike many,make many eoors when posting.Spelling (yes,I use spell check...usually),punctuation and other errors are often made by me.Is there a way that FR can set up something like what I've seen on other forums (car forums,for example) that allow the poster to delete of edit a post after "post" has been hit? I know nothing about computers and,therefore,don't know how difficult and/or expensive it be,if it's possible at all.Thanks!

Its one of the beautiful things about our constitution. You can amend but never erase.
I misspell all the time and don’t care. I freep on a cellphone and all kinds of things can happen.. so be it. ;0)

Well,actually you *can* erase.Prohibition was "erased".But alright,I'll accept your premise about erasure.But editing can't be bad.Geeze,to read some of my posts folks might think I'm semi-literate but while I'm no rocket scientist I *do* have a pretty fair command of written English! ;-)

I write a lot of weird crap lately because I have a screwy “R” key.
Its amazing how many words are wrong but spelled correctly without one letter.

Liberal, do-over mentality at work. Post responsibly or don’t post at all. Why should FR be responsible for cleaning up your lousy posts?
It’s a hoot to go through people’s posts and find the grammatical errors and typos. Mine included.

I'm not thinking of changing thoughts>seldom,if ever,have I posted anything the gist of which I later came to regret.I'm thinking mainly about spelling and punctuation.
I made the assumption you meant this feature for everyone, trolls included, and not just for yourself.
Ode to a Spell Checker
I have a spelling checker
I disk covered four my PC.
It plane lee marks four my revue
Miss steaks aye can knot see.
Eye ran this poem threw it.
Your sure real glad two no.
Its very polished in its weigh,
My checker tolled me sew.
A checker is a blessing.
It freeze yew lodes of thyme.
It helps me right awl stiles two reed,
And aides me when aye rime.
Each frays comes posed up on my screen
Eye trussed too bee a joule.
The checker pours o’er every word
To cheque sum spelling rule.
Bee fore wee rote with checkers
Hour spelling was inn deck line,
Butt now when wee dew have a laps,
Wee are not maid too wine.
And now bee cause my spelling
Is checked with such grate flare,
There are know faults in awl this peace,
Of nun eye am a wear.
To rite with care is quite a feet
Of witch won should be proud,
And wee mussed dew the best wee can,
Sew flaws are knot aloud.
That’s why eye brake in two averse
Caws Eye dew want too please.
Sow glad eye yam that aye did bye
This soft wear four pea seas.
