(Vanity) I am no longer Just a Conservative(Vanity)

For my entire life I have been a Republican and a Conservative.
Of late I have moved to the monicker of 'Conservative.'

Now, in the face of this upcoming election cycle I find myself moving to a new category.

Henceforth, I am a "Radical Conservative."

Pro Choice candidates can’t be conservatives. It’s an illogical stance besides being anti-Constitutional. That’s where he lost me..

That would be the pro-abortion, anti-gun con man, Perot.

If you’re talking Perot then yes I agree. The RNC option was GHWB, which put us in a tight spot not unlike the present.

I knew Clinton and Bush didn’t trip my trigger. Perot was a protest vote which had momentum. Got us 8 years of Clinton but the other 2 legs kept him from doing exceeding damage...

Vis-a-Vis the one-world GHWB and the liberal draft-dodging Clinton.

Pick your poison.

John Anderson?

Tell me more about those days.

The Perots are an award winning fundraising family for Planned Parenthood, and Ross wanted to go to door to take away guns.

If that is your idea of a hero to launch a third party, well good luck with that.

What’s radical about most of our views? They’re far more in-keeping with the Jeffersonian liberalism that played a major role in the foundation of this country—the individual dignity and rights of the individual, a limited government and republic.

I don’t play that game. The left remains the fringe. America alone stands out as radical when compared to Europe, or this spirit that gave birth to America.

Good Quiz.
You scored 90% which means you are

a hardcore conservative. You believe in personal responsibility, limited government, free markets, individual liberty, traditional American values and a strong national defense. Believe the role of government should be to provide people the freedom necessary to pursue their own goals.

I'm sick and tired of the wishy-washy.

What's wrong with the wishy-washy all of a sudden!?

No dude. It was a protest 3rd party vote.

Which infidel did you vote for? And then, pray tell, why was that the One True Path?

You voted pro-abortion and anti-gun, I merely wanted to let Perot supporters past and current in on some information that most of them were too ignorant to know.

Neither can Pro-Gay Agenda candidates. That's where Romney has lost me.

Romney lost me on the abortion issue long before he lost me on the gay issue.

I have been growing my hair and playing anti-establishment for over 15 years now. Since the left is the establishment it makes since to me.

This will give you a good idea on how I talk to socialists as being the establishment:
"Why does the establishment take from the poor and give to the rich?" such as Taxes (but I never use the word taxes that is a code word for conservatives. I explain the process not the term.)

He flaked is putting it nicely. Then he picked Captain Crazy to be his VP.

Also the real reason Perot ran was to make sure Bush didn’t win, it was a personal thing with Perot.

I think “conservative” is a weak moniker.
What are we conserving or trying to conserve?
I think of my self as a “so-called conservative” ...Core constitutionalist against Federal government intrusion.

...And since “gay marriage” is the subject of the week here, why is the Government so powerful that it can or should dictate who is married and who is not?

You will soon see the the concept of individual liberty has limits here.

As opposed to “limits” make that “exceptions”.
