It was suggested that I should post this in the public forum instead of keeping it in Freepmail.
The monster who raped me is coming before the board of parole again. Every 3 years.
I ask that anyone who may have a reason to want him to stay behind bars, please consider writing the board (by email) expressing their thoughts about his release. He is a 5-time felon. The attack happened in Texas, the day before Thanksgiving, 1990. He broke 6 locks on my front door.
When he was raping me, he made it clear to me that I would not be his last victim. He told me that if I helped prosecute him, he would kill me when he was released. He also assured me that he would never again leave a witness. He told me he would kill next time because he wouldn't allow himself to be put back in prison.
I am blessed that I wasn't killed. I thank God every day for that blessing.
He is a five-time felon. Each one of his crimes was progressively worse than the one before. His attack on me was brutal. During the attack, he took every opportunity to make me feel inferior. He justified his attack by claiming I deserved it because of the way I dressed.
It's been 22 years since he attacked me, yet it feels like it was yesterday. I will always feel fear; I will always worry about my own children being attacked. I will always worry that he is around the corner waiting to kill me. I will always feel the need to watch over my shoulder. Please help me convince the board to not release him. Please help me convince them to make him serve his life sentence. Please help me keep them from releasing another sexual predator on the innocent.
Before they caught him, he ran to Florida to escape. I believe no state is safe from this monster.
I live in Florida. If you will send me info as who to contact, his name and statements he allegedly made regarding committing future crimes. I will gladly send an e-mail respectively requesting he be denied parole because we do not need any more rapists in the State of Florida doing what they do.

I don’t have the original signed complaint where I wrote his exact comments, I have been searching for it, but will have to ask if they can send me a copy of it for my files. I know it’s here, but just not sure where :(
He told me he had been in prison and that if I helped to put him back in, he would kill me when he got out. He told me that it would be my fault if he killed the next time he raped because he wouldn’t let the person live to testify and make him go back to prison. He also told me he had aids, but thankfully that was a lie. I can’t remember his EXACT words, but hopefully this will help.

It is kinda funny that “pro choice” liberal people kill babies yet are against hunting and owning guns.
So it is okay to kill a baby in utero but blasting bambi in the woods or shooting a home invader is a major sin to these people?
For real trussell I hope this man does not get out of jail but should it happen I sure hope he finds himself on the wrong end of a shotgun somewhere! I hate to wish death on anyone, and God please forgive me if this is a terrible sin, but I know men like this never stop until they are stopped.
He won’t stop, he already promised me that. I’m worried for his next victim, and I pray he doesn’t come for me.

Have you written a letter to Governor Perry. He is very
sympathetic toward victims.
How would I write him? Can you get me the info?

So he had already done time for rape when he raped you?
I will know the exact names of his previous crimes in a couple weeks, I’m sending a public information request and will ask for his previous crimes and dates of incarceration. I’m not sure if he had raped before. I know he was in for some form of physical crime, just not sure what. I’ll update the thread when I have that.

The hearing is on hold for a minimum of 2 and up to 8 weeks since I sent in 2 open record requests. One for documents and the other for cassette tapes. The file has to be called back from the board to get me those documents and tapes and then it will be sent back to the board for the review.
This also allows more time for letters if anyone else is interested in writing one to oppose his release.
