Rodney King's fiancée is telling friends Rodney had been drinking all day Saturday ... and had smoked weed in the hours leading up to his death ... sources close to King tell TMZ.
According to our sources, King's fiancée, Cynthia Kelley, is telling friends King was at the house all day drinking, and he smoked marijuana at some point, before she went to went to bed at 2:00 AM.

Back in my college days, me and some friends used to love wrestling video games. You could grab weapons from the audience, and evfery time I grabbed a police baton I would chant “Rodney King! Rodney King!” Over and over. Good times.

As someone who had a brother who drank heavily and smoked weed all the time, you are right. My brother also died at 47. 32 years abusing yourself will do that.

The media will focus on Rodney King to hide the fact that Obama just acted like a dictator by passing the Dream Act Amnesty for illegals.
Obama just passed the Dream Act by decree .Democrats tried to pass the Dream act which is Amnesty for illegals.We all fought hard to defeat it. Republicans in Congress blocked it. But now Obama passes the Dream act by edict. Now it became a dictator .And the media covers for it and even those here will move on to other “important” topics like Rodney King. The media will definitely focus on Rodney King , or anything to hide the high crime Obama just committed.

If you are going to have a pool in your yard, you need to know at least basic CPR/first aid, because it’s almost certain if she had just pulled him out and followed standard procedures, he could have been resuscitated.

Surprisingly, Kalifornia has a good system...the issuer of the death certificate notifies the appropriate registrar.
My Dad died not long before absentee ballots went out for some election (he and Mom were both permanent absentee voters), and no ballot came under his name - and I was watching for it, for sure!
It depends on too many factors to make a snap judgement. Some people are just not naturally buoyant, doubly so if their lungs are filled with water.
