There is a 9 hole course on St. Lucia, in the Caribbean, that is adjacent to an active, through fairly quiet, volcano ( IIRC it’s called Souffriere) I played it once in the late 70’s..out of bounds on one hole is literally a lava pit..

Brisbane's Carbrook Golf Club isn't much safer (bull sharks landlocked when flood receded) ...

So that’s why Barry went to Korea to visit the DMZ! The one golf hole he hasn’t visited in the past 3 years......By the way I heard the Glorious Leader hit a hole in one...LOL!

When someone says life is boring tell them to risk it.
The sane will change their mind after doing so.

"Golfers have spotted wild boars, Korean tigers, and water deer (sometimes called "vampire deer" for their protruding fangs)." Many people are surprised to find out that the DMZ is one of the richest wildlife preserves on the Korean peninsula. Apart from PMJ, and the rare line crosser, the DMZ has been a 150 mile long, 4 km strip that has seen virtually no human activity since 1953.

Man, I really don't wanna golf that badly.

The bull sharks would not bother me. It would be the salt crocs that would scare me!
