I joined in 2000 and lurked at least a year before or a little longer. Hubby was here then and saw the fun I was having. In the early days I was doing politics, etc. and finally found A Few of the Finest and then Amy’s Place! I can’t imagine it being so long! Time flies when you’re having fun, they say!
Glad you got some sleep. I just got in from the grocery store and I nearly froze to death getting them from the car. They are sitting here now waiting for me to put away. Bought more than I intended ‘cause I was hungry I guess.

Thats what one of my local friends told me just the other day, that she always left her list at home. When I look in my purse for my checkbook before I leave, it reminds me not to forget the list. I had one tonight and thought I would hurry in and hurry out and I happened to be hungry and you know what that does to your grocery list! And its freezing outside and even cold in here. I’ve got two little heaters going but may have to turn the thermostat up a little.

P.S......My eye is doing fine at this time. It was just very bothersome all evening after the injection. It felt like something in my eye. My son thinks what I may have felt was maybe where the needle went in because my eye was matted the next morning but after some cool water, it was okay. I am probably facing only two more injections. The doctor saw some improvement through the tests they did. I also think the blurriness in that right eye isn’t as bad as it was and am keeping my fingers crossed. Thanks, Kitty.
