Survivor: One World is the 24th season of Survivor. It begins Wednesday, February 15, 2012 on CBS at 8/7c.
'Survivor: One World': New cast and new twists revealed!
There will be no returning players this season.
As with last season, this season will take place in Upolu, Samoa. Along with Survivor 19 (Samoa) and Survivor 20 (Heroes vs. Villains), this is the fourth season to take place at this location.
Both tribes will begin the season by living at the same camp site.
The tribes will be divided between men (Manono) and women (Salani).
Each tribe will have a Hidden Immunity Idol for them at camp, but the holder of the Idol can not use it for themselves or for their tribemates. Instead, the idol can only be given to a member of the opposing tribe to use.
Leif is the first little person contestant.
Monica is the wife of a former NFL football player.
Manono Tribe: Bill, Colton, Greg, Jay, Jonas, Leif, Matt, Michael, Troy
Salani Tribe: Alicia, Chelsea, Christina, Kat, Kim, Kourtney, Monica, Nina, Sabrina

The women lose and go to tribal. Colton breaks away from the men and join women at tribal declaring himself more woman than man. The women vote Colton, he uses his idol and hopefully Alicia goes home.
OMG...I can’t even believe what is happening. All the men deserve to lose.
OMG..Colton going on about his black housekeeper..I am rolling on the floor. Everyone’s faces in the tribe are about like mine.
cannot believe that was allowed. The team won immunity, was a unanimous agreement a requirement to give up immunity? What if Bill or Lief said no? What either refused to attend? Is that really in the rules? Jeff told the women they were going to tribal.
What a whacked out night of Survivor! You’re right, the men do deserve to lose. Even taking the crazy path that they did, what they should have done was blindside Colton and take his prissy little butt out of the game. He is such a rich snob. He had started to grow on me a little up until tonight and I now detest him.
Somewhere in the discussion it was said that all agreed.
I’m willing to bet Lief was told play along or it’s you. Bill thinking he was safe was like “why not?”.
Still wondering why the guys haven’t smoked Colton’s II out.
Well, I guess not. They are as dumb as a box of rocks.
A female takes the million home - the guys are too stupid to win, place or show - except as a goat.
They should be the Box of Rocks tribe.

Was that not totally bumfuzzling! I was laughing so hard it upset the cat, lol! Oh, yeah, that was a first. Talk about stuuuupid, this not only takes the cake but the ice cream as well. What the heck did Lief or Bill do that was so horrible? I knew the switcheroo of Lief for Bill was a fake out but geez. Here I thought the women were such an embarassment but the men... O - M - G. Mark needs to give the casting director a raise for this season’s characters. Russell has nothing on rich witch Czarina Colton. How in the world did he get each and every one of the guys to give away the II??? What I wouldn’t give to hear what his housekeeper had to say after that show.
Maybe she made him a "chocolate pie"! (see Billy Crystal's send up of the movie "The Help", for an explanation.)
Of course, Czarina Colton will have to keep a lookout for all those southern Rednecks "in their pickups with rebel flags"! You know, the ones that live in trailers!
There might be something to this post defending Colton.
He is so over the top you have to wonder if it isn’t a strategy.

I have no respect for the “men” on this tribe all kow towing to this queen.

Immunity challenge winner: Manono wins immunity but gives up their immunity to Salani.

Salani Tribe (women - blue buffs): Alicia, Chelsea, Christina, Kat, Kim, Monica, Sabrina
Eliminated: Bill, Kourtney, Matt, Nina
Immunity Idol status - Manono: Nobody has found a clue or an idol.
Immunity Idol status - Salani: Sabrina found an idol. She subsequently gave the idol to Colton. The entire Manono tribe knows he has the idol.

Maybe, maybe not. He was over the top last night in 1) what he said to Bill and his employment and 2) what he said about the white trash of Alabama. As a fan of Survivor I’ve noticed that very few villains ever win the million. Actually, I don’t really believe that Colton is in it for the money since he is a member of the country club set that he has pointed out several times. His family sounds well to do to me. So, sending Bill packing last night the way he did, with the words he said just adds even more negative vibes directed towards Colton from me.
I mean, seriously, wow. Just serious wow there. You WON immunity, you don’t have to go to council, but you’re a ticked off bitch of a guy who just can’t STAND that man, so what do you do? You convince people to go vote out that guy, but you need that guy to agree, so... Ahh, little person, here’s your sign. Hold that. ‘Bad little person, BAD!’
He bought it? OH GOODIE, quick, let’s go blindside him at Tribal.
This wasn’t just ONE idiot, it was EIGHT idiots. You had an opportunity to sideline two people each challenge for the next two challenges (and perhaps more later.) Your ‘bad apple’ is ticking off the one guy who is DESPERATE to join the women, who takes every effort to remind you of the merge...
The dumbest, most bonehead move in all of Survivor history. Congratulations guys, you make the women’s team look great!
Long time watcher.
I went to watch (hulu) a missed episode earlier in the week and it started off with a comercial about Obama Green/Energy blah blah blah, so I closed my broswer.
I am done with survivor.
