We did not have a Waffle house up Norht where I used to live, but we did have "Louies Texas hots" a chain Which was owned by a Greek family.
Worlds best slime dogs and hash browns till I moved down her to Va and tasted their hash browns. Gotta have the Ketchup and tabasco sauce.
