She has also picked up the habit of talking about herself in third person. "Baby Jess is gonna nail this!"
She attempts to nail Whitney Houston's "I Want To Know". Cruise ship. But it's good to see and hear her sing something upbeat.
J-Lo: Two powerhouse vocals in a row. Such a natural peformer. I'm listening to you and I can't even believe that voice is coming out of you. Really good performance.
Steven: You're voice is so fantastic. Everything you do is beautiful.
Randy: I had the pleasure of working on that song. I can't believe the maturity in you. Ryan, she's gotta have it too!

Little did we all know that Journey was the backup band for every solo artist from 1977 to 1998...

Randy is trying desperately to be relevant...but has resorted to dressing like the center ring clown at Barnum and Baileys Circus...so it is only a matter of time before he coins a new word...since his DAWG died!

“worked with Whitney on this song” means he came in and played bass on the song while Whitney was out on the town doing coke....

They’re really phasing out the Hilfiger segments, aren’t they. He barely gets a nod in the audience.

This duet is a serviceable version of this song.
But whenever I hear it, I always harken to “Stop Draggin’ my Car Around” by Weird Al.

It is pretty good, but you can tell Phil is not comfortable performing without his guitar.

Duet #3
Elise & Phillips tackle "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around". I want to hear Elise, but Phillips--and the vein protruding from his forehead--keep drowning her out. But it's okay.
Randy: Elise, welcome back! I wanted to hear more of that!
J-Lo: (liked it)
Steven: A Tom Petty moment wrapped up in Elise and Phillip. (also liked it)

I really like the way this one is working the stage.
It is a little Broadway but heck, it is from “Fame!”

Thst song needed to be about 6 beats per minute faster. And a minor third higher... just didn’t get it...

This is from Flashdance.
It did start off really, really rocky.
