happy that someone under 60 caresOMG ain't that the truth! We get like 2 homeowners at are regular board meetings...and maybe 4 or 5 at the Homeowners meeting unless we mention that a Special Assessment might be necessary....then tons of people show up....lol.

Hi jonny! You enjoying nice spring weather? We had record breaking highs today. :)
Son is supposed to come home Saturday to prune the cherry trees and blueberry bushes and quince but they are already budding and the quince is about to bloom. Weird weather, but I’ll take it! LOL
Can’t wait for Hilfiger to help Elise! She needs it.
