I kind of like Skylar’s version. Not sure about the outfit though. I understand Hilfiger trying to cover her hips, but not sure this was the best choice.
I have no idea in what bizarro world that outfit would disguise hips. It makes her look like a black and white paisley football.

I think TH is just making suggestions and then the contestant and AI stylist figure out the outfit...I have a theory that the AI stylist is po’d that they brought in Hilfiger and she is dressing the contestants in the complete opposite of what TH said...for example-he told Skylar she could still wear boots with a dressier outfit...so she came out in high,high heels...he told Elise to wear high waisted bell bottoms and she is thrilled with the idea and then comes out in a dress! LOL
