Then fast forward to President Obama ... cancelling the Keystone pipeline

OPEC doesn’t sell ANY oil. It is a trade organization. We buy oil from countries. You are comparing apples to oranges.

At least this forced Obama to take the side he would have taken anyway and not allowed him to play both sides during election season. As it was he was just doing a slow-motion refusal while pretending that he might approve it later.

Expect the Canadians to start building a pipeline to their west coast to export the oil to China now.
