Sorry you didn’t get a new baby to love today but I’m sure you will find one if you just keep looking. I’m sorry about the dog you were looking for and I wonder what happened to him? Do you think they kept him. Too bad and I’m sorry!

We found one dog at the (pound) and it was a pup kinda fuzzy and black and white. We had just lost Topper (the one killed on the highway) We named the new dog “Happy” just because we thought she was happy we chose her. She turned out to be a sweet lovely dog. And we had her a lot of years. Sometimes you’re lucky in finding one and sometimes not. Thats the only one we ever got from the pound.

Hi, Jaycee! Indeed, TGIF beckons! Yeats is my favorite poet of all time - closely followed by Tennyson, Donne, and a few others. Of course, The Bard is in a separate category.

I had the opportunity to visit Glencar Waterfall when I was in Ireland, over 40 years ago. I took a picture there that is very similar to the on in my post. That verse from "The Stolen Child" is displayed on a plaque there, as are other poems of Yeats in that area of the country.
