You are insane.
I don’t even like him on the economy.
Perhaps the treasury, but how the hell do you grow the economy by being isolationists?
Just when you start liking Pat Paulson he goes and opens his mouth to ruin it.
Happy New Year
1) The NIE released during the Bush years that he was apparently talking about is now recognized as politicized garbage written by a couple of leftists to prevent Bush from taking action against Iran. Everyone recognizes that they are going to have nukes very soon. The fact that he's still referring to the "study" is revealing.
That NIE report is contradicted by the recent International Atomic Energy Agency report saying that Iran is building nukes.
Also why does he believe the CIA or whatever? Aren't they the bad guys according to Paultards?
2) After erroneously saying they aren't getting nukes he then goes on to talk about how it's no big deal if they get nukes. Huh?
Not that any of the above means anything to you.
The nutcases coming to power in 1979 was not inevitable. Jimmah deliberately let the Ayatollah Khomeini come to power.
His "brilliant" point that "destroyed" Santorum was the 1953 coup I guess. I actually agree with him that the coup in 1953 should not have happened, but it has no relevance whatsoever to today's situation as far as what Iran is or isn't going to do with nukes. That question is completely irrelevant to Paul and his nutty followers apparently.
I take the IAEA with a grain of salt, but I know this...
Ahmadinijahd is stirring **** right now in the straits of hormuz.
I also know that I joined the armed forces because I was outraged with IRANS actions to American citizens in 1979.
Ron Paul is a dangerous fool.
Paul would shackle the economy by making us isolationists.
Oh just stop with the bullcrap moron...
There is nothing I repeat nothing brilliant about Ron Paul! He has zero Change of becoming the Republican Nominee. If he did Obama would surely be re-elected cause Ron Paul is to the left Of Obama!
We all agree in less Gov regulation.
Paul seem to favor Gov regulation to the point that nobodys feewings get huwt.
HArrumpph! Harrumph! BS! BS!
You could be right. I haven’t truly given a lot of thought to Paul. Sure, he could win Iowa. But winning the nomination? I think you or I have a better chance (sorry to Paul supporters).
Paul’s role in this election could be one of chaos for a while, a role the media is more than happy to perpetuate. Past that, I don’t see the numbers evolving to see him as a serious contestant for the nomination. Antagonizing the Left and the Right doesn’t add up to victory.
Santorum lost in Pennsylvania as a protest vote against George Bush’s conduct of the war in Iraq. In 2006 when Santorum lost, Bush announced that he would stay the course and keep Rumsfield. Pennsylvania, which is 2 to 1 Democrat, was fed up with Bush so they took it out on Santorum who was high up in the Senate power structure and was seen as Bush’s lackey. Bush’s obnoxious nickname for Santorum was “Little Ricky.”
Santorum now outpolls Obama in Pennsylvania. Look at Santorum if you don’t want to vote Romney. He’s certainly better than Gingrich or Paul or Bachmann. He’s a good guy and he believes what he is talking about.
Ron Paul endorsed Cynthia McKinney?
OK? That should be enough. But let’s pretend Paul was around during Iran round one, when Almost-got-a-job was busy kidnapping US citizens, and Jimmah Cahtah was prezdent (McKinney LUUVS Cahtah, btw).
Paul would say— “these people didn’t ask us to come into their backyard and they are reacting JUST like we would if the chinese setup camp in TX , it’s no wonder they are kidnapping our people, look what we did putting the Shah in office”— really, just how bright is that? The FACT is the iranians, when they have a nuke will bring it to the US.
Paul agrees with obama, who is only too glad to have Israel wiped out, ME oil go to 250 a barrel, and all of us forced into bicycling. And there you have it- a mental disconnect, borne on the wings of a deep seated prejudice having more to do with world bankers than US sovereignty— no matter how he argues that it doesn’t— it does. In that sense the policy position is exactly that of David Duke.
Thanks for posting that pic of Sam, a three time winner of the ‘ugliest dog’ contest and now residing in doggy heaven. He lived to a ripe old dog age and was described as a real sweetheart by his owner and all who knew him.
Ron Paul has two brain cells left, and they are waiving ‘good-bye’ to each other.
