A Texas woman was arrested after relatives said they caught her having sex with a 15-year-old boy on Thanksgiving Day. The scene unfolded at a family gathering held on the holiday at a house in Oakridge Forest Lane in Spring.
Police arrested Amanda Billiris, 23, after relatives said they witnessed her having sexual intercourse with the boy, the arrest report states.
The avid motorcycle racer has been charged with sexual assault of a child, a second-degree felony, reports the Houston Courier.
According to the Texas Penal Code, if convicted, she faces between two to 20 years in prison. Ms Billaris may also be fined up to $10,000 if she is found guilty of the offence.
Billaris has been released on bond from the Montgomery County Jail. According to her own statements on the message boards at Motohouston.com, Mr Billiris, suffered serious injuries in a 2009 motorcycle crash when she was returning from a RideSmart event at Texas World Speedway which left her in a critical condition. She said she received a severe blow to the head and kidney injuries.
Ms Billiris, who once owned a white and pink honda, would regularly make posts on Motohouston.com, which is a discussion forum for Houston's local motorcycle riders. On her Facebook page, she lists her college major as 'Communication Studies - Interpersonal'.

“That is part of the reason I wrote in reply 107 the following which apparently you missed or decided to ignore”
That’s rich...you accusing someone of “ignoring” posts.
If that bothers you, feel free to back and choose any one of my questions you ignored. You can do it...you can answer just one.
Or if you can’t, just insult me personally again.
“Woman arrested after being ‘caught having sex with 15-year-old boy on Thanksgiving Day’”
“I believe that a 15 year old boy is old enough to know right from wrong in this situation and should behave accordingly. I believe he should be held accountable for his actions rather than be considered a victim.”
Would you agree if the woman was a man and the 15 year old was your daughter?
See his first post, I believe it was #95. He had this to say...
“I do not care what the women around here say - a fifteen year old boy is not a child and he is old enough to know what he is doing. If he is doing a 23 year old, he wasnt forced or coerced.
This is ridiculous.
And yes, I DO have double standards. If a 23 year old male is doing a 15 year old girl he should have his ass handed to him.
It IS different.”
So it is different. Man-girl = gross. Woman-boy = fantasy time.
I find them both disgusting and the marks of a defective mind.
“Would you agree if the woman was a man and the 15 year old was your daughter?”
No. I already addressed that.
I firmly believe there IS a difference between females and males biologically, psychologically, and societally.
BS...
So now anyone who doesn’t agree with women being free to seduce boys believes that men and women have no differences?
Interesting leap. My entire argument is based on girls being different from boys...because a boy is easily enticed by sex...immediately...as it is offered. Just the sight of an attractive older woman excites a boy. Girls who are attracted to older men generally have more romantic feelings and are less immediate.
That being said, child rape is child rape. Male, female, boy or girl. A woman who has sex with a 15 year old is most likely a crazy woman who men get fed up with quickly, while a 15 year old boy will endure nearly anything for even the most remote chance. She knows that and plays on it. Men know there are more fish in the sea, and have a limit on the crazy...boys think there might never be another.
“BS...”
You are certainly entitled to your opinion.
If you will allow me to expand on my previous reply I would like to add that if the situation were as you described, and I found that said hypothetical daughter had invited, encouraged and in fact was a willing accomplice then she would not escape proper punishment. And no, I don’t know what would be proper in such a case.
However, the man involved should still be criminally charged. I know you won’t agree but I hope I have made my position clear so that at least you know what it is you are disagreeing with.
If the situation involved a son, then yes, I admit that I do indeed have “double standards” as evidenced by what I said that you prefer to think of as BS.
In so many (of Nik’s) words...
Man-girl = rape rape
Woman-boy = rape
That about right, Whoopie?
And notice, I said "seduced" in both cases, not "raped." I don't know if the phrase "statutory rape" is particularly helpful. Rape is a specific thing, and seduction is quite different. It's rather like the difference between ticket scalping and being held up at gun point.
You really stole my thunder there. I know it was intended to be me because you make an oblique reference to me. Don’t be afraid to address me directly. Be proud of your defense of unlimited woman-boy sex, unhindered by those pesky morals masquerading as laws.
Wait...no, I headed you off at the pass with post #206.
But I like the way you put it too. Next time, instead of just expounding upon what I said just say, Brad, I agree with you.
“A 15 year old girl seduced by a 23 year old man is likely hungering for love and attention, and is getting taken advantage of. “
Exactly. And that is why I think it is worse in this case than an older female/younger male scenario. the psychological damage to the girl is likely to be great. In a case where the boy is 15 and the girl is in her early 20s for example, the boy is likely to be bragging to his friends, not ready to slit his wrists.
You bring up another thing to consider and that is that if a girl gets the appropriate love attention and respect from her father she is much less likely to fall for such a ploy from an older man. Maybe this is why I family never had to deal with such problems with my daughter. I would like to think so anyway. (She sure turned out to be a good kid. Well, adult now, I suppose LOL)
So in both your opinions all women who married at the age of 12 in the past were “psychologically damaged?” What is the nature of this damage? Does it have a name? Or will you admit that women in the past married much younger than they did today with no damage to the women?
Is the difference the stability of the domestic situation in the past (which is what I’d tend to believe)? So would that then make the statutory rape of a female ok as long as you stayed together and supported her? Your post-apocalyptic future sounds interesting.
While the boy is “bragging to his friends” (which I don’t disagree with) what is the adult seducer doing? What does she get out of it?
Sex is hardly hard to find for any woman. No matter how ugly the woman is there is a man out there who is uglier and desperate.
So what does the adult woman get out of it? Could it be that she enjoys the power? The control? The ability to demand anything?
What is she getting from the boy that a man can’t give her? When you discover the answer to that you’ll understand why older women seducing boys is immoral and rightfully illegal.
Also interesting is how perceptions vary. For instance, according to this lawyer's 2008 website (http://www.dallascriminaldefenselawyerblog.com/2008/05/texas-age-of-consent-law.html), a child is defined as anyone under 17 who is not your spouse. According to another site, you can marry in Texas at 16 if you have written parental consent, or if you have received an order from the Texas district court authorizing your marriage.
So the definition of a "child" is very fluid. At 16 or 17, you're a child unless you're married. They also have a "Romeo & Juliet" clause, so if the woman had been a few years younger, she would not be charged even if he was 15 and she was, at 18, a legal adult.

Must have been one heck of a head injury for her to think it was a good idea to try schlepping her Nephew.
What would you say is the age at which a boy shouldn’t be seduced by an adult?
Do you have a hard limit or should it be taken on a case by case basis?
Additionally, I have heard that males and females differ. You seem to have some knowledge of this...could you perhaps flesh out your ideas a little for me? It is driving me crazy as you have perhaps guessed. You’re a wily foe.
It screws up boys like it screws up girls. But that isn't what many here want to fantasize about.
These days it could be a toss up between a dumb reporter or a reversed Chaz.
Couldn’t see the pics here, so I went on teh Googlez...
