“BS...”

You are certainly entitled to your opinion.

If you will allow me to expand on my previous reply I would like to add that if the situation were as you described, and I found that said hypothetical daughter had invited, encouraged and in fact was a willing accomplice then she would not escape proper punishment. And no, I don’t know what would be proper in such a case.

However, the man involved should still be criminally charged. I know you won’t agree but I hope I have made my position clear so that at least you know what it is you are disagreeing with.

If the situation involved a son, then yes, I admit that I do indeed have “double standards” as evidenced by what I said that you prefer to think of as BS.

In so many (of Nik’s) words...

Man-girl = rape rape
Woman-boy = rape

That about right, Whoopie?

The ‘legal’ position on these matters makes the adult responsible. Yes, I agree that age is relative and that the younger male and/or female involved in these situations may be culpable...in some cases, even the aggressor.
