I don’t speak Russian...but I noticed she stumbled a couple of times when speaking of Dmitry Medvedev in the opening and was wondering if that was meant for her producer screaming in her ear. Still.....I LOVE that vid.

It also seems like a ‘local’ affiliate and not a national broadcast. I could be wrong, tho. If just looks like one I used to view out of Yorkshire when I lived in the UK. Same type of ‘feel and format’.
