How sweet, Yorkie! Thank you!!
Good evening, Friends.
We now know that ‘awhile’ is several hours. ;-)
I accomplished a lot today but now I need to start thinking about getting the December Thread ready. I did a little Christmas shopping and also some birthday shopping.
Thank you all for the wonderful graphics. You are all appreciated.
Amy - what day is Marissa’s birthday? ( I imagine you are talking about her birthday.......)
She will be 12 on the 7th.
She’s asking if I will take her and her best friend to a movie and Baskin Robin’s after for her birthday. I may save the phone for Christmas. Report cards will be out by then.
Wanted to tell you that the graphic you posted is one that I have a Billie Opening for. I looked at it this morning when I was making a decision which graphic to post. I did not have the poem saved with it, so I wouldn’t have used the poem that you did. Your graphic was perfect.
PS: I bought a new pair of pants and a pretty blouse for her for her birthday. I’m hoping she might want to wear it when she sings her solo for the Christmas Program.
Thank you, Amy! Hugs to all of your family - (I miss you all), but especially for our ‘Birthday Girl’!
I asked God to take away my pride. And God said “ No”.
He said it was not for Him to take away , but for me to give up.
I asked God to make my handicapped child whole. And God said “ No “.
He said her spirit was whole, her body was only temporary.
I asked God to grant me patience. And God said “ No”.
He said patience is a by-product of tribulations. It isn't granted, it is earned.
I asked God to give me happiness. And God said “ No “.
He said He gives blessings, happiness is up to me.
I asked God to spare me pain. And God said “ No”.
He said suffering draws me apart from worldly cares and brings me closer to Him.
I asked God to make my spirit grow. And God said “ No”.
He said I must grow on my own. But He will prune me to make me fruitful.
I asked for all things that I might enjoy life. And God said “ No”.
He said He will give me life, that I may enjoy all things.
I ask God to help me love others, as much as he loves me.
And God said “ Ah, finally you have the idea.
"Because He lives, I can face tomorrow"
Prayers are with you and your family, tomorrow.
*HUGS*
Prayers for your Appointment Tomorrow, Diver Dave.
(((((Hugs to All FRiends)))))
Goodnight, and God Bless.
