They are real sickos over there.
They WANT trouble and one even mentioned a day or two ago that they needed a Kent State moment.
It’s astonishing to me that these anti-war hypocrites would feel absolute delight in violence.

That reply was intended for the OP, sorry for the misdirected ire.

I knew it wasn’t intended for me.
No harm no foul.

Looks like an ACORN type of group tried to hold a protest and disrupt this bank branch.
Very misleading to post the title that you did; then quote a radical left wing source such as Kos.
Do you think we are stupid enough to believe customers are “arrested for closing their accounts”?
Come on.....
We we conservatives here; not radical “stick it to the man” business hating hippies.

Whoever wrote the title is absurd.
The WSJ said that they entered the bank and were disruptive. The bank closed with them inside. One person asked to close an account and was accommodated. The others were arrested without incident.

When I look at this freepers’s history, he looks like a hit-n-run poster who only occasionally comes to FR. Six month gaps in activity. Posts something kind of random and then bails. Know the type?

Get a grip Francis. That branch is within walking distance of Zuccotti Park. It was planned to start up trouble. I doubt the little darlings have Citibank accounts with more than $500 all tolled, unless mommy and daddy do their deposits.

ranair has been here 10 years in good standing, it’s Saturday night and times are strange, don’t go wild on ranair just yet.
