Caucasian woman pleaded not guilty Wednesday at her arraignment for punching a Hispanic man in the face and yelling racial slurs in an unprovoked hate crime, authorities said.

As the man cleaned a brick planter bench, Vanveldhuizen is accused of approaching him while yelling. Vanveldhuizen, who was intoxicated, yelled racial slurs and profanity at the victim, the release said. She then punched the man, whom she didn't know, in the face without provocation, causing his lip to swell, officials said.

"Hispanic" is capitalized as if it stands for something (no one knows what since it represents only a shared linguistic background)

A hate crime was charged for this altercation, but not in the case of Brian Stow, Tyler Tenorio, Carl Reimer or thousands of other Americans attacked by the Mexican bigots and racists who have invaded our lands

No race for the "victim" is specified since in fact Mexico and all of South America is inhabited by multiple races but dominated by one: white men from Spain.

This guy was almost certainly not of predominant Spanish descent. They send the “el Indios” over here. They are oppressed in South and Central America - they should be (if a legal immigrant or citizen) free from oppression and institutionalized racism here in these United States.

Germans call themselves Deutsche, so they are also occasionally referred to as Dutch.

A big difference between them is in the languages spoken.
