Announcing it's "not her lucky day," a federal judge in Washington, D.C., has told an eligibility attorney he has dismissed her case demanding information from the Social Security Administration regarding President Barack Obama's Social Security Number, sought because of suspicions it may be fraudulent.
The case was filed by California attorney Orly Taitz, who has battled many of the major court challenges to Obama's tenure in office based on a lack of evidence that he qualifies under the U.S. Constitution's requirement that a president be a "natural-born citizen."
The case at hand was filed against the Social Security Administration because of evidence that Obama's number was designated for use in Connecticut, when Obama has claimed he grew up in Hawaii and apparently had a Social Security Number there, as he reported he worked in an ice-cream shop then.
There has been no evidence he ever lived in Connecticut, and investigators have described the circumstances as suspicious.
The judge, Royce Lamberth credits Taitz for her dedication to her cause, but boasted that "today is not her lucky day."
He concluded that there's no real interest in determining whether the Obama Social Security Number is genuine or fraudulent, and the need for secrecy for the president trumps all else.
"The SSA explained that the Privacy Act of 1974 ... protects the personal information of social security number holders," he wrote. "The SSA determined ... the plaintiff had identified no public interest that would be served by disclosure."

So on this logic NO ONE can report or investigate the use of a fake SSN?
David Carter is a Marine. Unbelievable! When did overlooking usurpation, fraud, posing as a Commander in Chief, multiple social security numbers, and forgery of documents become part of the military code of honor or part of the lifelong oath to defend the Constitution.
I hope his conscience withers in shame when he has the occasion to meet fellow former military officers. SHAME! SHAME! SHAME! Military officers ( former and active) should turn their backs on this man when he enters a room.

I personally have written to my state Attorney General TWICE about this issue.
I **know** there are many Tea Party people in my state who are completely TICKED about how Obama’s eligibility, forgery, and social security fraud has been handled and some are attorneys with the means to pursue the issue **before** Obama’s name gets on the ballot.
No, on this logic a private individual cannot sue under the Freedom of Information act to obtain details on an person's social security number. Not Obama's. Not your's. Not anyone.
People really should read the judge's ruling.
Of course. If it'd been any other president, he'd have brought out the documents for everyone to see before it ever got to this point. If it'd been any other president, he'd have had the courts go ahead with the case to prove once and for all that he's honest so there would be no need for Orly or anyone to keep pushing the subject.
Something else we don't know, have you heard any medical reports on this guy? Every other president, we got detailed reports about every orifice they had whether we wanted to know the details or not.

He’s setting the precedent for getting Uncle Onyango off the hook. Onyango did say he was going to call the white house, when he was arrested.
This is what Kleon fails to understand. This NOT going away! It is a big hurdle in a public relations sense, for Obama to overcome unless he steals the election.
A **real** natural born American citizen would be **HONORED** to promptly prove with the **best** evidence that he was eligible to president and Commander in Chief. A **real** natural born citizen and president would be especially pleased to do this for anyone in the military. A usurper wouldn't.

So multiple social secruity numbers is ok with you? And the obvious deceit of owning multiple social security numbers by the POTUS is ok with you? So snide remarks against someone who is trying to expose the truth is standard practice with you?
