The woman, known only as juror number 12 left her job and went into hiding fearing co-workers would 'want her head on a platter'.
Her husband said before leaving she told him: 'I’d rather go to jail than sit on a jury like this again.'
He told NBC News he was worried for her health and had his bags packed ready to leave if his 60-year-old wife's name gets released.
The woman, who moved to Florida from Michigan fled the area, retiring from her job working at Publix Grocery over the phone because she didn't feel safe.

I just caught your comment regarding the juror notes.
I would like to read the Greta transcript on this matter to see her exact comments. The following article says the juror notes will be or were destroyed. Therefore the chain of custody has not been disturbed and they are still with the court. Jurors would not be allowed to run around with their notes, that is for sure.
It seems self-serving to say notes were taken when that cannot be confirmed. FWIW, numerous people in the courtroom who were watching the jurors have stated they saw very few notes taken.

Heard Banfield say this AM that the “Jurors” were unhappy with the Pros because they didn’t say good morning .

The jury foreman stated he had taken 400 pages of notes......Greta did not show the notes, nor verify his claim....he made the claim himself. I questioned a lot of what this man said. The only independent statements I have heard are from reporters and their ilk in the courtroom stating very little note taking ever took place. They are more believable since they were independent observers.

To clarify....the jury foreman made the claim of 400 pages of notes on Greta’s show....this claim is in dispute from reporters and others who viewed this jury daily. They saw no such evidence. Very little note taking was reported. Just because someone makes a claim, does not make it true. Wouldn’t be the first thing this jury did that was questionable. BUT, a claim by someone, not under oath.....is taken as fact by you. Did you give such due diligence to the evidence as it surfaced for the entire duration of the trial? As to the juror, he has taken the offensive in defense of his verdict.......he has some skin in this to look good.
You don’t even know if she was murdered or died from an accident. As for vengeance, what vengeance is there to simply point to facts of the case? Does truth somehow threaten you?
Did you see last night’s interview? I caught it. I was fascinated by the foreman’s claim that he “encouraged” the other jurors NOT to go before the cameras immediately after the verdict because they were sobbing and emotional....many do believe Casey is guilty........my conclusion: many were coerced into this verdict and he didn’t want it to all come out like that.....HE prefers to be the “spokesman” for the jury and get his side out in front first and foremost. This guy sounds like a master manipulator much the same as Casey.
So the juror is lying? I suppose you would say that anyone who had evidence or anything that challenges your viewpoint is lying? I can see how you would decide cases.
Yes, we do know she didn't die from an accident as there was no evidence of an accident. You haven't pointed out any facts to prove it was an accident either. Let me know when you have any facts (truth as you call it) to prove otherwise.

Why don't you tell us how Caylee ended up in three garbage bags with duct tape on her mouth and no one but Casey had the time/opportunity to do it?
Casey was the only one who had a cell phone pinged to that location several times. Why don't you explain why Casey's car smelled 'like a dead body' coming from the person who lied under oath on the stand for her?
Why don't you explain why Casey was hiding out for 31 days and lying about where her daughter was, to the point of falsly accusing someone she didn't even know of stealing her daughter?
No one had time? Non of her friends? Not her father? No one? Wow! No one could prove how she got in that bag. It’s your and others conjecture.

You guys just to don’t get it do you. No one could “prove” anything other then she lied.
Cases are built on the EVIDENCE and there was plenty. Jurors do get it wrong sometimes and it is obvious to many of us that these jurors were lazy and wanted to go home. Their hiding out also proves they can't back up their decision. I doubt very seriously that anyone has threatened these jurors. They just can't take the heat of people disliking their decision.
Just as it was pointed out last night that the threats against Casey were all lies from Baez AGAIN. There are NO CREDIBLE THREATS AGAINST CASEY.
I didn't say the juror was lying. However, upon a reading of the evidence (the facts in the posted article, eyewitness statements, and the Greta interview/transcript) and an assessment of credibility, I have inferred that the juror MAY be lying.
And yes, that IS how you decide cases. And if this process is over your head I suggest you stay off juries.
Take a look in the mirror. Let me be clear....what the heck is with your NEED to respond to every comment and attack someone for an opinion that differs from yours?

No one but Casey’s cell phone pinged that area (numerous times). No one had decomp on her clothes but Casey (and her mother washed them), Casey was the ONLY person who didn’t have a job and accounted for. How do you explain that?
