BBQ and beer what can be better.
I am on a diet and I have lost 10 pounds in the last 2 weeks and this is the primary reason why
I don't know why- I just have way less appetite all day long
Same here, no drink either, I have to get up early to go to my second job due to Obama's economy.
Gunwalker/F&F has been my favorite post to read on here the past few days.
Spare ribs,and roasted root vegetables (yukon,onions,sweet potatoes,butternut squash)
A chicken fajita MRE fromy my stash and a Sonic Ice Tea (Unsweet).

Smoked chicken wings and corn fritters from RJ’s Bar B Que in Kansas City. Washing it down with a Samuel Adams Summer Lager. Dessert is a red velvet cupcake with vanilla icing.
First cheating experience in almost 3 months. 30 pounds.. Weight not wings. I deserve a night to enjoy myself, I’ll beat myself up in the gym tomorrow morning.
I am eating Brigham’s coffee ice cream as I post.
Not one ounce of guilt either.
Cornish game hens....been in the smoker all afternoon. Bacon wrapped grilled asparagus. Grilled fingerling potatoes, fresh fruit salad and home made sourdough bread, with oven-roasted garlic butter. Also twelve guests,(we won’t eat them, of course).
To drink? Mr. RR started some white wine sangria yesterday. Full of seasonal fruits. It looks and smells fantastic. I shall start sampling shortly.
I love summer meals with great friends on our deck. It’s the best.

I had a salad. Later, in a little bit, I’ll have a slice of roast with some Masterpiece BQ sauce.

Homemade mac & cheese, grilled asparagus, fresh grape and strawberries - water to drink. Will make some Heath and espresso vanilla ice cream here in a bit.
