Conservative commentator Ann Coulter expressed confusion over the hype on royalty during an “Insider” interview that appeared online Thursday, the day before what would have been Princess Diana’s 50th birthday.
Coulter, author of the new book “Demonic: How the Liberal Mob is Endangering America,” told “The Insider” co-host Kevin Frazier that she was baffled by Newsweek’s latest cover story about the late Princess Diana. (Newsweek photoshops Kate Middleton, late Princess Diana together on magazine cover)
“I find it a little baffling when Americans get so gaga-eyed over a princess,” Coulter told Frazier. “Particularly Lady Di, who was just this anorexic, bulimic narcissist.”

You think it’s okay, I think it was downright crude, distasteful, mean and nasty.
I think it only served to draw attention to Ann Coulter (which seems to be her number one goal in life), and showed what a nasty, small, petty person she is.

She strikes me as very insecure, hence the overly sharp-tongued lashing out at others to try to make herself look better.

The first signs of Ann's “unhingement” was calling a large percentage of her following “CRANKS” and using the KKK to make her point. ( How dare these common folk question Obama’s eligibility? )
Princess Diana was engaged at the age of 18. She was treated like a brood cow by the royal family, and dumped when she had produced a male heir ( and a spare) to the throne.
Personally, I think Princess Diana managed the whole sordid situation with admirable grace.
What do you get for an ex-princess who has everything?

My college girlfriend was a Diana-worshipper. When Diana got herself killed I both felt enormously sorry for my ex, but also grateful that I’d married someone with a different hobby.

I think America’s view of Princess Diana and Britian’s are worlds apart. Most of America hasn’t any idea about who the real Princess Diana was. She was just a fairytale on a magazine cover. History will remember her as the mother of Prince William when he is crowned king. That is the only thing that really matters in the big picture of things, really. The royal weddings and births of heirs are only about the security of the monarchy. The rest is theater.
I’ll do admit she has a way with words and can be quite hilarious at times but she has embraced all that is wrong with the GOP party.

Ann’s mask fell with the “CRANK” remark. She revealed herself to be an entertainer. She is an insincere woman with a smart mouth who knows how to make money off of conservatives by bashing liberals. Her commitment to conservatism is a nanometer thick.

Oh yes, Marx, Stalin, Hitler and Lady Di. One of these things is not like the other. One perpetuated a philosophy of envy, dependency and state worship, two of them put variants of that philosophy into work resulting in the deaths of millions, and the fourth slept around on her cheating husband.
