According to HI dept of health officials, they’re legally not allowed to make any direct copies of his original records - even at his request. Obozo can go down there and inspect them himself, but he can’t even remove them from the premises. I wasn’t aware of this before yesterday.

Saying you have repeated truckloads of liberal talking points is not paranoia. It just happens to be a fact. If the facts discommode you, that’s a separate issue.
Here is the simple question I asked you. Why did you formerly consider yourself a ‘birther’. You said you did. You must have had your reasons. What were they?

I wish someone had told me sooner that I was a liberal after all these years of voting R down the line. I guess I’ll join Ann Coulter and Mark Levin and the rest of the closet Obama-loving pinko crowd who think the BC conspiracy is false.

I had doubts as to why Obama wasn’t releasing the original doctor-signed BC. As it turns out now, it’s against HI law for them to release their own original records or even to make copies of them. I was unaware of this, previously. If you want proof of birth, they give you a COLB.
Rarely does he choose to do so ;)
The supposed COLB that Obama put forth was first shown on KOS and DU.
It was photoshopped by a poster over there.
That is the only one they have put forth and claimed as real.
When asked to produce a viable paper form, they simply had it printed out.
There is a difference between a Birth Certificate and a Certification of live birth.
I can go to Hawaii and get a COLB for myself, doesn’t mean I was born there.
Hawaii has the lamest laws regarding that.
This HI refusal to release LF BCs just happened. It’s brand new. It’s also against the law in HI, as Damae demonstrated repeatedly yesterday. It’s just a new policy put in place to take the heat off Obama.
So the only reason you considered yourself a ‘birther’ is because Obama refused to release his LF BC? That was your one and only reason?
I was listening to a caller to a talk show two days ago. She was born in HI, and has an authentic COLB. She said the monstrosity Obama released looks ***nothing*** like hers, and contains far less information. It was a fascinating discussion. If I’d had any doubts about the fakery of Obama’s online COLB, that exchange dispelled them.
You tell me this: Do you believe the information on the COLB is a falsified or the whole damn thing is a fake? If so, that means former Governor, Republican and McCain supporter, Linda Lingle and her appointed health director, were lying that the information on the COLB comports with what they have on file and are legally not allowed to release - that if the document is real, they falsified the information on it and are lying in order to protect a president they opposed. Tell me more about this bipartisan conspiracy to protect Obama.

The information on where the parents were born is missing on every example they show of his supposed COLB.
Alot of people don’t want to admit that there is a problem, because then if there is a problem that would mean we have someone occupying the office of President illegally, and they don’t want to think about that and what it would mean.
Humans are rather predictable when it comes to information they don’t want to process, and a good portion of the country does not want to admit that Obama has spent 2 million plus to hide his records.
Funny thing is, Bush -whom the left vilified, did release records.
Yet the left doesn’t ask the same of their Obama.
That was my principal reason, yes.
As Dark already pointed out, Obama himself never even released the COLB. It appeared first on DU. Why, if it’s the real deal, would it appear first on the moon battiest site on the Web?
I’ll wait on your answers to that question, AND to my prior questions.
Oh, and btw. What do you think of the fact that HI’s refusal to release LF’s is illegal according to their own laws? To see it spelled out, with the specific statutes cited, do a FR search on the user Danae. She is SO on top of all this—thank you, Danae!
I’m just getting tired of this issue. Let’s suppose for a minute you guys are right, ok? The 1 in a 1,000 chance you are right - now you just have to prove it.
How are you going to make him show the records on file? There is a constitutional requirement of US birth to become president, but there is no law forcing him to show it. If Bob Politician ran on the R ticket and lost to Obama next year, he would have standing to take him to court and force him to prove his citizenship (or more likely, he gets in a dispute with AZ over having to show his LF BC to get on the ballot). I will bet you everything I own not more than one SCOTUS judge would find his COLB insufficient. So, then what? We’re stuck with this moron for another 4 years, and we can all pound sand that we wasted time on this instead of clubbing him over the head with his record.
Good analysis. Though one thing I have noticed. Liberals love being in the dark. As long as they can find rulers who will tell them everything’s fine, and their ‘gov’ checks are in the mail, they will believe whatever said rulers tell them.
Genuine curiosity and a desire for good, hard facts is a hallmark of conservatism. We’d rather know the truth than be fed a sugarcoated lie. Thus, you see conservatives clamoring to see Obama’s LF BC, while liberals say, ‘You’ve got an online image of a purported COLB—shut up and take it!’.
The Obama admin on their website ‘fight the smears’ grabbed the exact same image that was used on the moonbat blog and proceeded to promote it as the official one.
Since then there have been more ‘official’ ones, all of them looking like the original deleted info one put forth on moonbat central.
None of them a long form birth certificate.
