How are you going to make him show the records on file? There is a constitutional requirement of US birth to become president, but there is no law forcing him to show it. If Bob Politician ran on the R ticket and lost to Obama next year, he would have standing to take him to court and force him to prove his citizenship (or more likely, he gets in a dispute with AZ over having to show his LF BC to get on the ballot). I will bet you everything I own not more than one SCOTUS judge would find his COLB insufficient. So, then what? We’re stuck with this moron for another 4 years, and we can all pound sand that we wasted time on this instead of clubbing him over the head with his record.
You are correct. So for now it is all about increasing public awareness and ratcheting up public pressure.
