I dunno...I tend to block out the judges blathering...they yap and yap and never say anything....I prefer our drunken drugged up Pauler...at least she was entertaining...J-Lo is one contestant being voted off away, from going Spanish Halem ghetto on us...and Stevie always looks as if he just wants a shot of Scotch, and for J-Lo toknock off the drama...Randy is just pissed that he is not getting his way, and having HIS choice win. (just like every other year)

I agree. It’s all about the votes. But she was still my favorite.

I agree with you with the humility thing. The audience at home picks up on it better than the judges. Ayla Brown a few years back had that problem, too. That entitlement attitude doesn't win votes.

Another factor is that people listened to Simon and Paula. This year's judges compliment everyone, so there's really no urgency to vote for a favorite. And Randy's joining in and not being critical enough this year.

Honestly, I'd never buy a Pia recording. The only time I bother voting is when someone sings so well that I'd want to own their CD or go to their concert.

Yeah, I hate when they assume we “just didn’t vote for our favorites” or that we “must have assumed they were safe.” No...maybe we DID vote for our favorites and purposely did not vote for whoever went home!
