Pia was also my favourite, but I haven’t been voting since i don’t watch the show the way I used to. This is the reason I don’t care much for AI anymore, too many times the two who are left are not the best of the best. I imagine there are a lot of people out there voting just to mess up the results of the show. Sanjaya comes to mind. I’m done watching, I can’t stomach listening to Jennifer Lopez, anyway.

That’s because they are into one liners and drama, rather than the substance of the performance, or real coaching to
bring out the best.
When it finally hits them that someone who can sing gets the boot over others who have been more inconsistent (Stefano for now) they go into their “ acting mode”
Ryan is the front man, there for the drama. The blame lies with the panel who should know something about singing, and then entertaining.
Taylor hicks always reminded me of a young Bill Clinton.............I could never understand the attraction, so many people had for him.

Thanks for defending Taylor Hicks! He’s still my favorite. I’ve been following his career since he won, and he’s doing just fine. He might not be Carrie Underwood or Kelly Clarkson, but he’s making millions and until recently, did not even have a permanent residence because he was so constantly on the road.
