A FURIOUS mum has blasted a tattoo parlour for branding her 16-year-old daughter 'like a piece of meat' — after the teen got '100% Welsh Lamb' inked on her bum.

Great-grandad Graham said he could understand Levi's mum's anger. He said: "If one of my children had gone to a tattooist underage I would completely understand.
He would understand what? It is a very small and understated tattoo that could be easily removed, covered or explained compared to some of the much more garish shameful, or much more obnoxious examples that are readily available for view on the internet and in real life.
I can understand the Mom being angry, but her anger should be directed at her daughter not the artist that did the tattoo.
