Oh Yes! The Average American Home Has At Least One Member Who Resembles A "B List Model". They do it to us every January&February. Why can't Michelle Obama put a stop to these sexually charged commercials! AND YOU ARE SURE TO GET THE "WOW FACTOR" when your perfect 10 girlfriend opens her gift.Who doesn't say "Please Spare Us", or just change the channel whenever these sex crazed Teddy Bears invade our new Flat Screen TV's! Why Do The Makers Of These Teddy Bears In Heat Actually Think We All Live With Victoria Secret Models ??? Anyone have an explanation?
Sexy bear!
The gift was nice, too.
:)
Yup, no problems here. Just a case of knowing your market....

I help my stepmom shop for clothes. She’s 69, size 4 petite. We go to Dillards (a southern department store found in most malls) and have had no problem finding stylish, modest clothes. I shop at Ann Taylor, J. Crew, and Banana Republic. Again, no problems with modest clothes at all. With low-cut shirts, you just wear a cami underneath and it solves the cleavage problem.
Not crazy about the word “pimp” being mainstreamed either.
But, But, I thought that when you pay a hundred bucks for the Bear, don’t you get the hot model babe with it?
(Who knew?)
CHEEZY beyond belief. What adult woman wants a teddy bear as a gift? these commercials at this time of year are ridic! on XM they advertize a 6 foot stuffed animal, GEEZ even better?@! No wonder men are so under-served at home, if they are buying into this crap that stuffed animals help you score! and no, pajamas with my name on it aren’t high on my list either! lordy.
OK!, I GET IT!.................
If you buy these Bears, you will be found attractive by one of those hot, sexy half naked porno babes!...............
(Because you must have more money than brains.)
Talbots is another one. Cost might be a factor for some people though. I am not sure what the selection is like in bargain type stores.
Absolutely. Talbots is great for older women. The trick anywhere is to buy stuff on sale, and if you’re comfortable and familiar with a store’s sizing, shop the clearance section online.
Though i have to tell you Talbots is attempting to appeal to the Banana Republic crowd and has remodeled most of it’s stores to that sterile type of decor. I think their clothing is also trending towards younger career women as well. They took a hit when the housing bust happened, at least here in NoVA. The saleswomen told me that RE agents would go in and buy entire wardrobes.

“What adult woman wants a teddy bear as a gift? “
Those not stuck on what they think “adult” is. Usually pretentious people such as yourself are detached from reality and make for stuck up and obnoxious people that do things that annoy other people but say they should “just get over it”.
Let me guess? you’ve given your wife stuffed animals. LOL! hey to each his own. I have three kids and in my world stuffed animals are for the little ones, not grown ups!
Thanks!
Never seen a Vermont teddy bear commercial, but those Jared and Kay Jewelers commercials make me want to wretch.
Wow. I just assumed, based on store windows (and bias) that Talbots was for older women. I may have to check them out!
