CNN) -- The suspect in the weekend massacre in Arizona scrawled "my assassination" and "I planned ahead" on an envelope found in his home, according to court documents released Sunday.
The details were part of criminal complaint filed against 22-year-old Jared Lee Loughner, the Tucson man now charged in Saturday's bloodbath at a supermarket where U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords was hosting an open house for constituents. Investigators found a letter from the congresswoman in a safe at the house where Loughner lived with his parents, thanking him for attending a similar 2007 event, a federal agent's affidavit states.
"Also recovered in the safe was an envelope with handwriting on the envelope stating 'I planned ahead,' and 'my assassination' and the name 'Giffords,' along with what appears to be Loughner's signature," the affidavit states.

There’s also reason to believe Dupnik has mental issues...he’s a liberal hack.

So far his only answer is to assign blame and limit rights.
Why do they keep using the term:

He killed them in front of numerous witnesses.

If he planned ahead, why did he survive and get captured?
Because we are stupid. Justice in this guy should be immediate trial and death sentence. The media and authorities are still calling him “THE ALLEDGED SHOOTER” Love our due process system!
And why did he empty a semi-automatic and reload without ever actually killing either the “target” at point-blank range, or himself - supposedly the 2 people he intended to kill?
For some reason, shooting into the crowd was more important to him than killing Giffords or himself. There would be no need to say on an envelope in a safe that you planned ahead.... assassination....Giffords if you intended to go kill the person and that be the end of it.
If that note is really genuine, the shooter knew there would be questions of who he had really targeted and he REALLY wanted people to believe it was Giffords. If he intended to go shoot Giffords point-blank it would leave no questions that he had planned it and that Giffords was the target.
This whole thing stinks to high heaven. Way too many discrepancies.
The judge who was killed - the one the sheriff wanted everybody to believe just surprise popped in - had made a critical preliminary ruling against Obama just 72 hours earlier. I’m trying to figure out what happens now that the judge has been killed - whether an Obama appointee can now go in and reverse Judge Roll’s decision that Obama can’t use an executive order to grab people’s investments without first proving they committed any crime.

You could be asking if the loony had a handler or a group of handlers. He shows the signs of a malleable mind, perhaps under hypnosis. The arresting authorities should run a comprehensive tox screen at least.

Eric Holder’s FBI is not gonna do anything that should be done. Neither is this joke of a sheriff.
There is presumably a reason that the FBI wanted to be able to do this investigation on Judge Roll’s death.
I just read an account of the aide who helped Giffords, at http://www.azcentral.com/news/articles/2011/01/09/20110109daniel-hernandez-gabrielle-giffords-arizona-shooting.html . He immediately started to check people for pulses and such, even before he knew whether the shots had stopped. He said that one man was dead already. As far as I can tell from the criminal charges the only 2 men killed were Judge Roll and Gabriel Zimmerman.
What do you mean by a “malleable mind”, and what kind of toxins would they screen him for?
Really, really interesting that he would be so interested in mind control.
