Just found out more about the buyer. As I stated previously, he is a veteran. He is going overseas soon and would like to have his wife and family move in the house before he leaves.

If this thing goes through....how proud it would make my father-in-law. *sniff*

Got a Christmas card from my Aunt in Long Island today. She is the youngest of my Dad’s sisters.

I promised her I would try to drive down to see her when the weather warms up.

I even went Christmas Caroling all by myself last night. Gave the neighbors a real laugh...but it was fun.
