On Jan. 1, the Environmental Protection Agency is set to phase in regulations on air and water pollutants, including sulfur oxides, ozone, and, most controversial of all, carbon dioxide. House Republicans have vowed to thwart the EPA at every turn. But Lisa Jackson, the agency’s administrator, says she won’t be deterred. She sat down with NEWSWEEK’s Daniel Stone. Excerpts:

The EPA is an internal enemy of the American people and the republic. They should be treated accordingly when it comes to appropriations. DEFUND and defang them!

Since the federal Constitution granted all legislative powers under it to Congress, there is every reason for the people to demand that Congress approve all agency rules.
De-fund and Disassemble. Let individuals and States hold any polluting company’s responsible for infringing on others rights. EPA is not necessary and is not Constitutional as many other department are not Constitutional.
Some years ago, a factory I worked for let their contract with JEEP expire because new EPA rules made it too expensive to dispose of the waste. The parts still came through the shop but they were manufactured in Mexico.

Pure propaganda.
Climate change has been exposed for the fraud it is. Simply starve the EPA to death. Eliminate the agency, it contributes nothing positive.
This is the story no one is talking about. Not just the EPA, all the executive agencies have been stealing our freedom, bit by bit, for decades. These unelected bureaucrats have been enacting more and more onerous regulations, all under the guise of “safety”. EPA is just one of them. Take a look at the Federal Register some time. It’s a daily publication where the Federal government, and all of its massive agencies, publish their proposed rules and final rules. The thing is hundreds of pages, and that’s EVERY day!
The people who are supposed to be restricting them, the Congress, has in most cases been actively helping them. Will it be any different with this edition of Congress? Probably not, but we can hope. We have to keep the heat on our Republicans, as those guys have been as guilty as the Democrats for allowing the explosion of job-killing regulations.
This is the classic big government true believer and this is the major PROBLEM.
