Peaceful sleep and a wonderful tomorrow!
Goodnight!
I'm very much a fan of the old gospels and our National Anthem. I saw Lee Greenwood in concert and he sang that song. Not a dry eye in the place! And, the applause went on forever!
Marking for tomorrow.
My contribution of a song we could sing around the fireplace!

Great fire..
I can’t either...Sounds wonderful.
I must leave this great gathering..Busy day coming up.
I’ve loved being with everyone today.. the smiles and also praying for our dear Amy’s Mr Just...together.
Sweet Dreams to all.
They all are fantastic, Yorkie! Thank you! Those Cactus Cuties were just great!!
Sweet dreams to you, too! We all will have Mr.Just in our prayers, for sure. It indeed has been a good day on Amy’s and a sad day with the passing of Elizabeth Edwards! Her husband was by her side. Now wasn’t that special!! That’s all I’m going to say!!
GOOD NIGHT!!
Very nice, t-pammy! Thanks!
Sweet dreams to you!
Thanks, Teenie! We all have dreams, I guess! I would have LOVED to be a singer and appear on stage! NOT! 1st. you have to have a voice! Hahahahahahaha! Campfires will have to do! Any singing in your family?
Thank you for the Ping, Sweet Yorkie.
Thanks for those beautiful songs, yorkie. Sandi Patty singing How Great Thou Art brought back memories of my first solo in church when I was 15 or 16 yrs old.
The song wasn’t in our church hymnals, but my aunt had a recording of George Bev Shea singing it and that song became one of my favorites.
Age has reduced my once 2nd tenor voice to a baritone but the song still tugs at me to sing along.
Prayers continue to be lifted up for MrJust
I love BOTH those songs, so much, Tia-pamster! (I couldn’t get the sound to work on the Josh Groban/Celine Dion song, tho.
Thanks for posting them!
I love old Gospel music, Teenie! I would love it if there were a “Suth’n Gospel church” - here on the high desert!
DD, I loved hearing George Beverly Shea singing!
And that song (How Great Thou Art) always brought out the kleenex box for me!
Couldn't resist, DD! Enjoy it - again.
thanks, yorkie.

Not just food, liquids are also a forbidden item when going for surgery. They more than likely have him on an IV so he won’t dehydrate, but it is still bad to have to wait hours with nothing to even wet your mouth. And lying on a gurney hurts your lower back!
I always tell them I dehydrate easy and they try and get me in for the 1st or 2nd patient.
