POT ROAST
Served with baked potato, Waldorf salad, and fresh cracked wheat bread

BACON WRAPPED FILET MIGNON
Served with garlic potatoes, pan seared veggies and sage and fig stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

LOBSTER TAIL
Served with lemon and drawn butter, crab stuffed pastry shells, and baked potato

SALMON
Plank grilled and served with a delicate Balsamic Dressing, brown sugar
glazed yams and croissants with whipped butter

Hi, everyone! I just talked with Amy, and the surgery for her husband was postponed - and should take place about 5:30 (about an hour from now.)

Amy asked me to thank you all for your prayers, as she really appreciates them, so much!

They have been waiting all day for this surgery - and they are still waiting.

This is surely a stressful time, and Amy and Mr. Just should be home, just in time, to give Marissa a good-night Birthday kiss!

She thanks you all for your support, concern, and continued prayers, at this difficult time.

(And, as a footnote - a prayer for no more postponments might help!) *grin*)

Oh my goodness..I hate this delay for them..May God grant no more delays and a successful surgery.

They must be exhausted...and also concerned about Marissa’s birthday...There’s always another day and another way to celebrate...but I know it is so frustrating for all.
