The people who made that Hitler movie complained to youtube about all the people who lose that “Hitler finds out....” scene to insert funny subtitles, and so they get pulled immediately when they are uploaded to youtube. The poster was probably alerting people that it would be there, so they could see it before it gets pulled. But he sure did a crappy job of explaining what this thread is all about.
