The Bible calls for fasting. This is rarely spoken about or noticed. It is good to allow the body a day of cleansing. Have a day to drink only fluids. Interesting to note when Jesus gave the disciples the gift of healing, and they did healing, except for the man with demons, which Jesus would only be cast out with prayer and fasting.
(these are only cast out with prayer and fasting)

I almost spilled my coffee,
Tapping my way along with that music! Wayzata JOHNN said we could wear shoes kinda like 'these'
When he takes us to breakfast each week.
(I know - I asked him once,
If I had to wear shoes...
And he said
tennis shoes that have no soles would be fine. LOL!)

Aw, thanks, yorkie, and you really shouldn’t feel you need to put on such fancy shoes today. :) (can you imagine anyone actually wearing those!) They’re cute. LOL

The 'clown shoes' are very like shoes that I bought during a local “Merry Market Place” event,a few years ago; which has dozens of vender's from all over the U.S.. They are actually a sort of leather tennis shoe with a sorta high top, painted bright colors and contrasting colored laces, and different scenes or plants or animals, They are so fun, and this has reminded me to get them out as they do get to the back of the closet in the summer months. Actually I do not wear them daily. I want to keep them looking good.
They were created in Alaska, during their winter months and then sold during the fall, in the southern states. Thank You for reminding me ... it is time to find them again.
