(NECN: Washington) - A press conference was held this afternoon at the National Press Club in Washington, where at least a dozen former U.S. Air Force personnel, mostly officers who worked on secret projects connected to sensitive nuclear weapons sites, are admitting that they were privy to UFO and alien-related incidents -- that occurred during their time of service.
In this clip, you will hear from: Retired Air Force Captain Robert Salas, Former Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Dwayne Arneson and Former Air Force Official Bill Jameson

Thanks for the link. The Fatima "incident", to which you refer, makes NO MENTION of aliens or UFOs!
Did you listen to the message from the mother of God, at that link? She says to pray the rosary ... every day. She asks the children if they will offer themselves to God to atone for sin and ask for the conversion of sinners. She tells them that in accepting, they will endure all the suffering God may be pleased to send them. They willingly accept. Notice! There is no mention of UFOs or aliens!
As for the Vatican's "official" position on alien life forms, READ Vatican sources.
From Catholic News Agency:
VATICAN CITY (CNS) -- If aliens exist, they may be a different life form that does not need Christ's redemption, the Vatican's chief astronomer said.snip
"God became man in Jesus in order to save us. So if there are also other intelligent beings, it's not a given that they need redemption. They might have remained in full friendship with their creator," he said.
Quix. Since you obviously agree with the source to which you have directed me, I would suggest you heed the message of Fatima and pray the rosary every day.
Devilish seductions usually include truths, half truths with the lies and deceptions.
The research carried out with RC Church in Portugal archives documents very well the UFO aspects of the Fatima incidents.
People who care for others who are elderly, ill or infirmed; firemen who save lives; men and women who teach others the Word so that they may spread the Gospel; doctors and nurses who are called to serve; fathers and mothers who raise Godly children; theological scholars who study God's word so we might all increase in our understand; people who run orphanages; military men and women who defend our democracy/republic...the list goes on and on!
Indeed, that is what I was referring to - "Love your neighbors as yourself". And how do we do this? As living examples of Christ's word. As St. Francis of Assisi said: "Preach! If necessary, use words.".
I think we have a duty to seek God's will for us but I think you and I would do well to let others serve Him in the way they believe they are called.
So, again I ask you. Do you believe that freeper Quix has been called to turn our attention to UFOs and aliens and away from God?
Draw your own conclusions.
The whole purpose of such postings about such deceptions from hell is to try and insure that as many FREEPER CONSERVATIVES AND CHRISTIANS AND OTHERS AS POSSIBLE do
NOT
FALL PREY
To such deceptions and get pulled away from an enduring consuming focus on God and His priorities, His truths for them now and forever.
You still seem to be unable or unwilling to comprehend how slick and intensely comprehensive this great deception THE BIBLE WARNS US ABOUT
WILL BE in these END TIMES.
Scripture is quite clear that WERE IT POSSIBLE, EVEN THE ELECT WOULD BE DECEIVED.
That sounds like a pretty click deception, to me.
In another place the Bible warns that those putting Believers to death in this era will think they do God a service.
In another place it warns the WATCHMEN that they'd best be diligent and responsible about their duties else the victims blood will be on the WATCHMEN's hands.
NO THANKS TO THAT!
So, I toil away amidst the flack, misunderstandings, accusations of insanity, kookdom, cultdom and all the rest. Because God alone is my paymaster. God alone is my boss.
One soul rescued from the flames accordingly will be worth it.
I have no idea what his calling is and it's none of my business...or yours! That said, I do know Quix is serious about seeking God's will for his life and acting on what the Lord instructs him to do.
Are you suggesting that you have a right to insert yourself between other people and the Lord. That's a bit presumptuous, isn't it?
But then, you do seem to think you know better, don't you?
1. It wasn’t Mary.
2. It was a UFO personage
3. It was a brazenly seductive DECEPTION
4. It attached allegiance NOT TO GOD
but was a
DISTRACTION—something you purportedly are an expert on—
a DISTRACTION FROM GOD
TO THE PSEUDO MARY PERSONAGE
AWAY FROM . . .
DRUM ROLL . . .
GOD
. . . which, of course, is quite in keeping with the Vatican’s layers of distractions from God to the Pseudo Mary personage.
The authentic Mary herself, of course, would decry such most fiercely.
BTW, I had no such illusions that
that video
would convince you of much of anything. I just wanted you to be exposed to some of the material in it to give Holy Spirit another chance to speak truth to you about such matters.
I certainly didn’t think that video was “proof positive” of much of anything.
It’s just another puzzle piece amidst many tens of thousands.
It offers SOME contribution toward an understanding of the whole picture.
Actually, the Raelians mirror most UFO-ologist beliefs. This is separate from the sane beliefs in Christ and Christian beliefs that the rest of us have. However, if you want to believe in their kookiness, do go ahead and do so.
Whichever, you can believe in UFOs or not, it is not a religious debate, hence there is no calvinist or presbyterian or methodist or jewish or hindu-vaishnavi or jain or zoroastrian opinion on this, this thread will have only individuals opinions.
9. Sorry but your diagnosis is wrong, even with your training.
8. I find it very interesting that I am the one that is now being targeted by those on your ping list. I answer one of them and now you feel the need to jump back in. I mentioned several times during our discussion that yes we agree on 99% that the ET’s are fallen angels/demons but that I disagreed on the 1% chance that you hold to that they could be from another planet...a point that you have said repeatedly that it did not matter but still continued to argue that point. So if I am understanding you and the others correctly...unless I agree with you 100% that ET’s could be from another planet then I have a mental disorder, but if you keep coming back to disagree with me about this same point (that YOU said was not an issue) then you are in the position to diagnosis me with a mental disorder...interesting concept. Start a conversation and if anybody disagrees with you then call them a name or attach some stigma to them...
This is just getting to weird...good bye.
I have several...NIV, New American Standard, Amplified, King James, New King James...I have others but those are the ones within arms reach.
I opened my Bible up again and Jude was there...I have no problem with that one.
I am a little confused on this fascination that you have about my understanding of the Book of Enoch. I just have never read it. What does it have to do with anything that I have posted? Does it have information that contradicts something that I have said? From your other post it appears that it covers information about the fallen angels which on first glance appears to support what I have said.
Given that it is Saturday night, I hope you allow me a chance to resume tomorrow and try to explain what the Book of Enoch (Enoch I) has to do with things.
Here's a link to the R.H. Charles interpretation of Enoch I.
BTW, Alamo-Girl is an incredible source. She is not only knowledgeable, she is humble and devout.
She can explain why knowing and studying Enoch I and other companion pieces is necessary in understanding the Word of God.
Please reread those citations of her comments carefully.
Bottom line: Things are not as simple as you seem to suggest (if I have misunderstood your position, please accept my apologies).
Yes, the Lord is all we need (but we must be careful that Church leaders haven't hidden from us certain parts of the Word merely because they were frightening to them--they were/are only human). And, yes, we come to the Lord as children...but he sends us out among the wolves...and we must be wise, not naive.
Thanks much :)
Slow drama enternet day Dog?
Heck we left the enter net hwy for a few days to fufill real life time living and I come back on a rare break to find Quix pinging his RC buddies.
Dear Quix,
Please get your ping lists organized.
Just because we have fun on UFO threads and happen to also be Catholic does not mean the two share a common enternet thread.
Example: My daily prayer/Bible study (Daily Mass) life is what assists me in Daily Life (not enternet, real time).
My fun with humor/updating political info/breifing ect are my human events (with the idea of using my faith in daily life) and so for entertainment I sometimes hang out with you on UFO threads.
Don’t cross ref.me on entertainment and Catholic forums.
One is very personal and what feeds the love of God right into me.
The other is my human self being silly.
Learn to tell the differance.
Don’t lump sum the beauty of God’s creations into your palate.
Better go prune and groom your real world yard while you can and remember to Pray.
Lastly, Got Seroquel?
It seems, or the idea of it, seems to work good to obtain “Mid Line” work on it Quix.
Hello WorldviewDad.
I like your posts. (so far)
Keep the Prayer Life active.
(advice for the day, which was better than last weeks advice...
Got’cher Colonoscopy Exam done?)
1. I don't personally like that many labels in terms of DSM IV etc. etc. etc.I guess they are useful for insurance and the criminal justice system as shorthand. I don't think they capture individuals all that reliably except as approximations and short-hand for approximations.
2. I suppose one can call perfectionism a mental disorder given that it's not the healthiest ORDER. I just consider it a human flaw. I've been guilty of it and am largely past it. I've always been a poor speller but one of the reasons I'm somewhat deliberately sloppy about my spelling as a way of resisting such ancient tendencies.
3. Your responses are telling. It would be interesting to know if you are unable or unwilling to assert honestly before God that NONE of your parents, spouse, children or co-workers have ever called you a perfectionist. If you can genuinely assert that, then I'll admit that I'm WRONG. It's entirely reasonable for me TO BE WRONG about that because I made a guess, an inference on merely one bit of data--the style of your responses to me on this thread. Of course, if some of those who are close to you are also perfectionists--more than plausible--they would be unlikely to call you one! LOL. That's an out I can live with.
4. It is not an enormously crucial issue to me on this thread. It's merely an observation THAT I'D WANT MADE TO ME IF OUR ROLES WERE SWITCHED. I REALLY AM MERELY DOING UNTO OTHERS AS I'D WANT DONE TO ME. Perhaps you've ran across that value in your reading of Scripture. Making the observation affords you a chance to evaluate whether there's anything to it before God that you might take to Him in prayer and respond accordingly. Instead I get all this offended blustering. What an Impressive example of STRICTLY BIBLICAL CHRISTIANITY.
5. I ASSUME that's what you gave me feedback for--TO CONSIDER something before God that might help me grow??? . . . trying hard to put the best face on it, here.
6. I'M WRONG PLENTY. I take brazenly risky stances on a lot of stuff--often based on insanely small amounts of data. However, being wrong is certainly part of being human--particularly as a bird of rare plumage. Maybe you haven't been plagued with that phenomenon of having to be human. It's just usually true that my percentage of being totally wrong is low ENOUGH that most folks benefit from the possibility that I'm right--if they are interested in growing etc.
7. GOODNESS! No. Not at all.
8. The point is that you don't seem to understand what it means to me when I say IT DOES NOT MATTER. I've spelled it out and you still insist on distorting it all out of any remote accuracy to what I mean by it. At this point, I don't care that much. Folks have had a chance to read what I really mean by it so, if they care to, they can compare what I say I mean with what you say I mean by it.
9. You seem to relentlessly insist that I say things about Scripture that I do not say. You seem to relentlessly say that I take a lower view of Scripture and the value of Scripture than is your quality of Christianity and certainly than you do. I fiercely disagree.
10. You are certainly welcome to your beliefs. You are not so welcome to assert, without challenge, that I said things and meant things I did NOT say and did NOT mean.
11. Yeah, it continues to be wierd that you still say I said things I didn't say.
