I am going to have an air horn installed on my SUV....for those moments when you are behind somebody who thinks texting is more important than acknowledging the GREEN signal or green arrow.

My upstairs neighbor loved to vacuum at 1:00 am and listen to all kinds of loud music.
I politely asked her to stop after 10:00 pm - No Go!
I asked the condo board to do something - No Go!
I beat on my ceiling - No Go!
Finally in desperation at 2:00 am I fired up Microsoft Flight Sim MX with my SR-71 spy plane. I departed Edwards Air Force base, refueled and then headed west. I normally use headphones because I am considerate of all of my neighbors. This time I unplugged my headphones and then placed them on my ears. I then cranked my 16” 3000 watt Velodyne subwoofer up to %60 (I was worried any higher might damage it). I then punched the engines on the SR71 and broke the sound barrier while passing 50,000 feet.
I kid you not stuff was vibrating off my desk. Ran that for about 5 minutes then turned everything off and went to bed. Next night same thing.
That was the last night I heard loud music after 10:00.
I'd already asked them to turn things down several times, politely.
Polka music does it for me. I have yet to see someone not smile after listening to Polka Joe.
My brother had a friend with one of those devices that can spark unburned fuel form the exhaust pipe and shoot a flame off the back. He was being tailgated one night and the car wouldn’t back off, so he lit the exhaust up and burned all the decals right off the State Police car behind him.
Had a downstairs neighbor once that every single weekend would have parties blasting their “music” (rap) till 3 or 4am. And I worked weekends at 7am.
Banged the floor, nothing.
Called the apartment manager, nothing.
Called the cops, they came by but 10 minutes after they left music would start again.
I also had a large stereo that never ever got turned passed 50% volume because at 51% you couldn’t hear yourself talk.
One Sunday morning I tipped all four of the speakers pointing directly at the floor, put in a specially made CD, cranked up the volume all the way, grabbed the remote, walked to the other side of the apartment, and hit play.
Reveille is at 6am boys and girls. RISE AND SHINE MAGGOTS.
The bunch across the road from me was in to drums, just a constant boom boom boom. My bedroom window was visibly moving in it’s frame with each boom, and we’re talking about 100 yards, house to house.
Here is your solution. These things will wake the dead. It is legal BTW. You are required to have a horn dontchaknow.

I resorted to the identical tactic when my neighbor refused to quiet their barking dog. The dog would put his tail between its legs and scurry under a deck.

I would play Left 4 Dead with my speakers and woofers blaring.
The sounds of screaming zombies flattened under the thunder of my auto-shotgun made my pictures on my walls shift.
Those inconsiderate morons parking outside blaring their rap from their cars are few now. If they return, speakers will be moved to the windows.
Next time make sure to also set the Shop-Vac close to the fence and just let it run.

No. But if I turn my radio up while cleaning or whatever, its in the afternoon and considerate of others.
I live in an apt, so I have to be more sensitive.
Don’t come to Panama. The police will shut you down right off. Folks here think the cutoff point is ll:00 pm. Not true (for those who live here). Noise is noise. I know from personal experience in a complaint I had. Situation solved in 5 minutes. The police arived in minutes.
By the way...so I don’t appear like a bitch...It ended up being a pot party going on above my apartment.
When the police arrived, I could hear scrambles and toilets flushed....hmmmmmm.
Stoners don’t make noise. /s
I’m not defending people that make noise. Its inconsiderate and rude. Loud sex next door gets old too.

LOL... Maybe SWAT would be dispatched and they would set up a perimeter.
