As we end another celebration of Independence Day and remember a generation's sacrifice and achievements long ago, let us renew our determination to protect and serve our country, its peoples' liberties and heritage through the tough times we now endure.

While I was putting my socks on this morning I remembered my dream last night.
I couldn't find my socks...none...not in my sock drawer...no where.
I did find one pair, but they must have belonged to a giant. They were at least 2 feet long.

Interesting listening on Chicago radio this morning.........Don Wade is going on and on about Obama’s “Nasa outreach” to Moslem nations. Mainstream media is pretty much ignoring the speech given by Nasa’s Charles Bolden in Cairo last week.
Someone wrote (Did not catch who it was)........”GLOBAL COMMUNITY ORGANIZING at work!”

San Francisco is a beautiful city, at least looking at it from the boat coming back from Alcatraz. But the Haight, Golden Gate Park etc. are full of bums, hippies and extortionists. It’s such a shame, really.
We saw mean looking hispanic on a street corner holding a small puppy. He was meanacing to passersby that he’d strangle the pup right then and there if people didn’t put money in his jar. What a creep. Leave it there that I’ll never set foot in San Fran again if I have anything to say about it.
