I deposit the Risk into the account of a dummy finance company for management, called the republican party.
Then, I deposit the damage into the account of a dummy corporation for control, called the democratic party.
I leave all the bible belt religions as spoilers, or third parties; putting them down as department store chains. To stave off the profit into the mints money burning facility, to insure that the money is worthless in terms of pragmatic value, and is only practical believed values.
And the Black market is pimped as bad but, even losing even your kindeys in a hotel bathtub on a drunk, is a value laundering scheme...

My last major failure had both go out. And they had to re-calibrate both systems in the shop.
There's something to be said for the old Kettering ignition.
Ah. Ignition modules I comprehend.
I like to keep my fleet of vehicles simple enough to understand. To that end, I use a simple procedure to determine whether a problem starting is caused by a lack of fuel, or by a problem with the spark ignition ... I use starting fluid.
Starting fluid, just a couple of bucks a can, and familiar to owners of balky lawnmowers, is easy to use. Find the path that air takes to get into your engine, and supplement that air flow with some starting fluid spray.
Take note, we are dealing with a combustible fluid that is extremely volatile, and we are trying to ignite it! Do be most careful!
Here's the bonus. When you crank the engine, if the problem is a clogged fuel line, or a failed fuel pump, the alternate fuel (starting fluid), will give you a few seconds of actual running, maybe.
But that tells you that it's a fuel problem.
If nothing, other than a wet carburetor or its equivalent happens, then it is certain that you aren't getting spark.
It's often good to know at least what direction your problem lies. Fuel filters and fuel pumps are normally less expensive to purchase, although their installation may be problematic.
If, as seems possible, 'Face's truck is not getting spark of any sort, this procedure would tell us that the original diagnosis was on the right track.
If you decide to do this, be careful with the starting fluid.

Evening! We finally got Frank to bed, and now we’re waiting a few minutes to see if the catz come home. It was nice out at the lake today, even with a zillion kids plus Boy Scouts, but HOT. I was dehydrated by the time we got home, about 5:30, and if we’d stayed for supper I probably wouldn’t have been able to get home.
The igniter sits right under the coil.
I don’t think Toyota made diesel passenger vehicles for export at that time. (Maybe it was made here, but...)

We actually had rain last night. AND a thunderstorm, but though I smelled the rain and heard the thunder, I don’t think this part of Hooterville got any rain.

I just have to be patient, but it’s difficult. While the post office is only a mile from here, it is downhill, meaning home is uphill from there.
Of course, I can walk it, but I would have to do it early in the morning.
Last night, I even considered selling the truck and buying a motorscooter, as they don’t have to be registered. (The registration for the truck is due next month, and I need to get it running before then, or I will be penalized.)
I actually lived in a town in VA that was midway between Manasses and Fredricksburg for a total of nine months. I hated it for several reasons, not the least of which were the personal ones.
When I turn the key, the ignition will crank but not turn over, and I smell raw gas, so somewhere, there is a problem in the ignition system. I just have to find out where and fix it.

There is nothing worthwhile on TV this morning (pledge drive on PBS) and I’m not into baseball. I’m listening to the stereo, but even that’s not helping.
I’ve done as much genealogy as I can stand for the moment, and the rest of the time-killers are not within my present state of mind. My concentration needs an accelerant.
Bummer. Been there too often.

The lowest of the low. Cable connection. It has three speeds, and I’ve had the middle, but am now on the low, just as I had to give up my “expanded basic” channels on TV, leaving me with mind-numbing sit-coms and situational shows that have nothing but potty humor to sustain them.
I can’t even watch Netflix movies on here. I can watch the trailers, but not enough room/speed for the movies.
Oh great. Any DVDs worth watching?
I’ve watched them all just since having no choices on TV. I’ve even watched some older VHS tapes. *sigh*
My Netflix account was put on hold for a few weeks, and I had the devil’s own time of getting it back to where I recognized it. I won’t get a movie until tomorrow.
