I deposit the Risk into the account of a dummy finance company for management, called the republican party.
Then, I deposit the damage into the account of a dummy corporation for control, called the democratic party.
I leave all the bible belt religions as spoilers, or third parties; putting them down as department store chains. To stave off the profit into the mints money burning facility, to insure that the money is worthless in terms of pragmatic value, and is only practical believed values.
And the Black market is pimped as bad but, even losing even your kindeys in a hotel bathtub on a drunk, is a value laundering scheme...
Thank you all for your input and participation!!!
“Lost list” made sense, too.
Yes, it did, oddly enough.
Afternoon! No iPod yet, but I’ve figured out that I’ll find it once I’ve sorted out all the things I’m supposed to give away! Either that, or Bill will be so motivated to earn a new one (with more memory!) that he’ll finish all his schoolwork in a blur of haste. Win/win.
I wore a dress to church that I haven’t worn since last summer. It fit just fine. When we came home, I tried on my other Large Motherwear dress, and it fits, too. I love it when I don’t have to buy new clothes. The dark blue one will look good with the shoes I bought yesterday.
Strange. I just finished watching “Robots.”
Veddy inteddesting.
Well, there you go!
We’re between DVDs. Maybe we’ll just go to bed tonight and sleep. That spider can appear in a dream and tell me where Bill’s iPod is.
Day 12: Still alone. The darn droning of the skull sized insects is annoying.
Can’t sleep, the rest of the team is missing.
And there’s drums, huge drums somewhere in the distance.
I hope I can get out of here alive.
Day 13: Found water, and some strange gourds.
They taste funny, but they are filling.
Strangely, they remind me of a hearty ale from the tap halls of my youth.
Wow, starting to get a buzz.
Day 14: Hungover from the odd gourds I found.
The drums are in the forest AND my head.
And those insects are truly murder at the moment.
Oddly, eating the gourd relieves the headache some.
What was taht nopise?
Day ???: I don’t know where I am, what day it is, or what has happened.
I have to find more of those gourds.
Gourds..
......
The journal ends here. Apparently, the subject went into inexplicable fits and rantings before clambering up a tree naked as a jaybird and flinging himself at a mass of those curiously droning butterflies.
If we’d been able to locate him sooner, we may have been able to prevent his death as well as the deaths of the stuntmen he landed upon in his fall.
Strange how he left his camp suddenly and ran off muttering like that.
Why did he run off like that?
These gourds he left at his camp are delicious.
Very good!
Too bad Twilight Zone isn’t still in production.
There were some good episodes in the second run of the series. Was that the early 1980s?
Sorry, all of the decades of my previous existence tend to run together. It's probably important to keep notes.
I have that problem, too.
Thanks, wrote that awhile ago, I keep pulling it out whenever I see “Somewhere between..” posted.
Because those two words bring to mind “Day 13, I don’t know where I am, or how I got here” and such
Yes, it was a good series.
Amazing Stories with the episode “Mummy Daddy” was a hoot as well.
I really liked this part!
(change of subject) Over on the NC Forum, one of the guys is investigating the profit potential in producing steampunk-styled hosiery. When Anoreth gets back to the Northwest, I'll tell her to keep an eye on the clothing of civilian young women.
Yeah, the stuntmen never expected it.
Steampunk, hmm.
Sounds like a plan.
In the cold and damp parts of the US, there’s apparently a good market for warm stockings and leggings. I haven’t seen it here.
I don’t know what caused me to skip backward from Anoreth to this point, but one Christmas when I was dreadfully behind I asked St. Anthony to find me a little extra time and you know everything just seemed to run on rails after that and I did get it all done on time.
