What my plan was when I created the ZOT
(and how I ended up) ^ | June 28, 2010 | Lord Dagon

Posted on 06/28/2010 12:43:57 PM PDT by DagonofAlbion

I deposit the Risk into the account of a dummy finance company for management, called the republican party.

Then, I deposit the damage into the account of a dummy corporation for control, called the democratic party.

I leave all the bible belt religions as spoilers, or third parties; putting them down as department store chains. To stave off the profit into the mints money burning facility, to insure that the money is worthless in terms of pragmatic value, and is only practical believed values.

And the Black market is pimped as bad but, even losing even your kindeys in a hotel bathtub on a drunk, is a value laundering scheme...

Thank you all for your input and participation!!!

Closed permanently or closed for the day/weekend?

Closed permanently. I found a pair of shoes at the PayLess in Monroe this afternoon. I’m not crazy about them, but for $10, I don’t have to be!

We got some clothes for my neighbor’s new baby, too.

The spay and neuter clinic wants $50 to fix the Yellow Cat, and he’d have to get rabies and distempter shots first. I wonder if our vet will do it for a competitive price, if we explain that he’s a “group cat,” living at several places! I’ll call them on Monday. Getting him fixed would cut down on the noisy fights at night, as well as kittens.

Have you had kittens?

Is Yellow cat a female? It runs close to $150 up here to get a female fixed.

We are getting a new cat next week. My daughter and boyfriend saved her and 3 newborn kittens from under a dumpster 5 weeks ago.

I was thinking of taking one of the kittens as well, but they are all female, and that would double the cost.

Yellow Cat? Is s/he new?

Sometimes, the county will pay the cost of spay/neuter, but you would have to inquire.

I love yellow cats!

Yellow Cat is male. He spends about half the day on this side of the street and half on the other. The people across the street feed him, and we bought him a flea collar.

Vicki across the street says she knows the spay and neuter people, and they’ll do it for less because she’s a volume customer, or something like that. She can set it up and I’ll pay the $50. She said she got two of her females spayed this month, so that’s good!

I keep wanting to check out the Payless here, but for now, everything is out of the question. When I headed to the USPS this morning, the truck wouldn’t start. It has always been reliable and I thought today was nothing different.

I schlepped out the driveway backwards, but when I coasted down the hill to the street, I couldn’t get it started. It WANTED to start. I got as far as the Rebel gas station on the corner and had to call AAA. (Thank God for small favors!)

The tow driver/small mechanic diagnosed it as an “igniter problem.” He took Miss Daisy home (With me riding shotgun) and I checked out the online parts houses. That part ran from $349 to $389. *choke*

So I dogpiled it. I found a place called “junkyarddog.com” and can get the part for $100 plus S&H from CO. Now all I have to do is ask the bishop to pay my car insurance and utilities and then find someone to intstall it for not a lot of money, and I’m in bidness.

I’ve GOT to have wheels!! If I can get the same guy who changed my oil, all it will cost me is the part.

At this point, I’m not concerned about my choos, mon!

All cats need to be spayed/neutered unless they are breeders. And then caution needs to be used. But don’t get me started....

It’s OK...the truck will LIVE! At least until I can afford to get another. Who knows? Since it has 288,888 + miles on it, Toyota may give me “A Deal!”

In the meantime, I know how to get around. *hugs*

So he’s a stray?

It's hard to tell with catz - he could just be a renter. He's in pretty good shape for an outdoor cat, so he may have just moved here from somewhere else in the neighborhood.

Stray? Hardly. Most catz know where they belong. Not having the ability to speak, they can only go where there are other catz because they know they will be cared for.

So I sez.

We have only the two cats; I don’t know how many Vicki has. Animals turn up from everywhere to move in with her!

Sorry about your truck! I’ll ask Pope John to give your Bishop a boot in the posterior, spiritually-speaking.

My parish has a car-fixing ministry for parishioners who need help doing maintenance or repairs.

It’s just a part you should be able to do it yourself.
