Thank you, jaycee..FR went down about the time I was beginning to work on my responses..I was very late getting them done but what a pleasant subject Hummingbirds are to work with.
I can feel a marked improvement in comfort...I actually feel comfortable some now!
I am so grateful for the relief!

F.R. went down about the time I was finally going to get on and post. Hectic day yesterday! Pool guys were to get here early to open the pool. Well, then the torrential rains came! I figured they wouldn’t come at all during the day. I did my work and when the rain slowed a little, I ran a few errands. Every time I got in or out of the car, it was raining harder.

I was almost ready for a nap and the rain had stopped! And the owner of the pool co. called and said they were on the way. They started about 3:15, the sun came out and it was so hot, you couldn’t breathe outside. When they were finished, I took a late, but almost 2 hour nap. Whewww!!!

Glad you are having some rest and relief for your back!

Wow..you did have busy day!...
The floods hit Arkansas hard..Praying Tennessee does not get flooded again.
Jaycee...what a difference a week has made in my back pain..
It has been 2 days since agony hit...I can get relief in the bed now..a great improvement.
I am able to keep up with kitchen duty..If I don’t do a bit each day it gets overwhelming.
Trying to mix rest with some activity.
A lot more activity needed!!

I almost gave up doing new responses when FR shut down about 5 my time yesterday.
I must tell you how much I enjoyed using a link you gave.

I’ve only used the one way down for making transparencies..It works on graphics..not photo backgrounds..I can put my own background around a graphic instead of the usual white or black. Fun to play with when I can.
