I am so sorry your sister had to spend her years with a man like that.
Yet, I am so glad you were able to spend such a precious time with her,
And, say 'good-bye' and 'I love you'.

I bow my head in the depths of my pain
Finding this mess a heartless bout insane
Political careers mean more then freedom
And the cruel élites reward only some
Money is becoming toilet paper for all
And taxes rage at the liberal’s beck and call
Homes are bank bound at a racer’s pace
As they keep lying to us straight into our face
The rule of law has become a twisted joke on all
And the very structure of our land begins to fall
Power is a fearful drug of choice for them now
And they intend that we’ll be humble to bow
Politician in my book, simply a long way to spell
Liar in a new way, and their plans are becoming fell
We’re the unwashed masses they seek to rule
To them we are but ignorant fools who drool
National greatness is different to them you see
It means totalitarianism for folks like you and me
They will have the means and make ends meet
For us the wolves of despair will prove fleet
Crashing economies, lawless immigration, and terror
Simply tools to achieve that goal they see for us as fair
Lies drip from their mouths like spittle from a fool
And we rage at the frustration of living under their tools
I scream in growing anger at the media-less void now
Hoping enough victims rise to throw them out somehow
Freedom is not free, we see the price of losing it near
And we need to repel the effect of their greed here
Time to stand at the bridge at Concord one more time
Before the dollar becomes worth a single damn dime
Taxation without representation rears its ugly head
As we find the tree of liberty needs be once again fed
Its now or never, time to stand and regain that lost
Time to firm our resolve and staunchly pay the cost
Find the spark that made us great before they came
And return the greatness of this nation’s name

Nan, I am so sorry to hear of the death of your precious sister but I’m more sorry of the way she had to live with a man like that! She will never have to worry about anything anymore as our Heavenly Father welcomed her with open arms to her beautiful Heavenly Home. Bless you, Nan!

Nan, I guess I’m well...I have an awful lot of hip and leg pain. I’ve tried everything but surgery and don’t know if I wanna go that route! I’m on my way to bed now and hope to see you again real soon, Nan. I have thought about you many times. I think you’re still on my ping list....LOL! I knew you’d be back by sooner or later.

Aw! I miss spending time at Amy’s Place. The spring season is winding down, thank goodness. Still having long days, but can see the end in sight now. The next crop, mums, is about 3 weeks from being ready to transplant into the pots I sell them in. I am planning on reducing what I grow next year. I am “too old” to keep this up. Ripe old age of 47, but it’s really a grueling amount of labor for me. I have to get a better balance of work and rest. I might cut down by a third what I grow. I have no time for my horses from Feb.first to Oct.first. That has to stop. I need to be able to care for the house better too.
You know what they say “if you keep doin’ what you’re doin’, you’re gonna keep gettin’ what you’re gettin”.
I need to stop doing what I’m doing and free myself. As the Good Book says, when Christ has made you free, you are free indeed, and I have to get a balance and enjoy life as God wants us all to do.
