OK, so I have read a little, listened a little, and figured that the question of Obama's citizenship and birth would never be answered, so why dive into it. But just now, I listened to Anderson Cooper on CNN (I know, I know, why am I watching PRAVDA?) blabber on and on in a very assertive, denunciatory tone to someone from Arizona over that state's recent passage of a bill requiring presidential candidates to prove their citizenship. Cooper went on ad nauseum about how stupid anyone is who questions Obama, how the birth certificate has been PROVEN to be authentic, that the matter should be settled. But the adamancy in his voice bothered me. Why is he so exercised about it if that is really true? He'd be calm, or so I said to myself. Anyway, anybody else watch this?

And which Supreme Court case confirmed that? Was the case law before or after the 14th Amendment? Just wondering...
I don't think the "closet" part is correct.
(1) Is that, indeed, the law?
(2)If yes, then is there any controversy at all about the relative citizenships of Obama's parents?

I know that the NEA no longer thinks that knowing American History or American Government is important enough to teach (assuming that the publik edukators even know such things) but many of us did learn about the requirements and a few of us even remember.
You make a good point. I am not judging the blind, the homosexuals or even Obama on being not legit, I am making sure others manufacture not a religion that makes people blind, homosexuals or obamanites.
This hack on CNN wants to manufacture blindness in America under the guise of not attacking the blind (because the pretext is that would be evil to check out the blinds, which is not the issue of these states).

Yes, I watched it, and wanted to see what he had to say about states rights. Arizona wants candidates to prove that they are NBC for their SOS. That is normal procedure. But usually they are vetted by the DNC, ie. Nancy Pelosi and Howard Reid. We all saw what happened there, didn’t we?

Then the black guy getting interviewed, called anyone who was a birther STUPID. Stating the Obama had posted his BC, and proved it to the nation. What planet does this guy live on.
I wondered if this guy knew that you have to be a NBC to be President of the US. And we all know that Obamas biological father is Kenyan, a British Protectorate and was to the day he died.

I was channel surfing when I saw the “birth certificate” plastered on the screen. I couldn’t resist tuning in... It was like watching a train wreck. He sounded and looked slightly hysterical over the subject. He interviewed the least articulate republican representative that they could find in Arizona to serve as the punching bag for the night. I actually think they feel that the power is beginning to slip from their fingers and they are in melt down mode.

You are thinking of the bogus “certification of birth”.
That is NOT a birth certificate, and is available to people NOT born in Hawaii.

I’ve {long ago} stopped wondering about the Birth Certificate. What continues to bother ME is the on-going LACK of documents from Obama’s Colleges and Universities.
When He applied to those schools; what claims did He make? What Nationality did those Schools enroll him AS?
IF none of those Institutions were suckered into giving “foreign Student status, discounts or Scholarships” to a Native Born American {of mixed races; including White}...WHY aren’t those documents On Line???
Why doesn't anyone pick up on this and run with it? I mean, if it's true then isn't it a slam dunk? Maybe no one wants to refer to the Constitution?
This needs to be decided in the USSC.... But how many yrs will it take to get there, and by then what will the court look like?
