Raven, that is a Turkey fryer?? I’ve never used one of those but I do have one of those infrared cookers. I liked it I guess. I mean I did a few pork roasts in half the time it takes in the oven. Came ok pretty decent. I just don’t take to “artificial” cooking. I am and always have been more of a oven/stove/grill kinda gal. I don’t even use a microwave for anything other than boiling water.
tillacum...Yes I do use spices with the vinegar injection...ground ginger, ground mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, Sazon, season all, and Adobo and vinegar.

Hmm, that’s interesting. How does it work, is it fast, does it use lower heat to keep whatever it cooked, warm? What size area does it cook, keep warm afterwards?
